“The worker that took our order tonight in the drive thru was phenomenal! We had a big order, he stayed calm and polite the whole time. He told us since we had a big order they would make everything fresh for us. The food was super fresh and tasted fantastic. This Arby's has always had amazing customer service! Definitely a 10 out of 10 for us.“
“I went here twice this week. Both times J helped me in the drive through. He was so kind and thoughtful both times, I had lots of questions the first time and he knew all the ingredients on 5 sandwiches I asked about. In the end i asked if he could just make me something cheesy and meaty. He recommended a French dip with extra cheese. It was soooo good, I went two days later. J helped me again, when i pulled up, he remembered me and was so polite and friendly. He made me laugh and turned my sour day into a great one. Thanks J! Thanks Kitchen Crew!“
“We often come to this Arby's after a regular appointment in the area. The staff is always great with us. Tiffany, the manager, recognizes us, asks about our family, and is generally very thoughtful. She also remembers some of the things we like best and preps them right as we enter. The store is clean. Our order is usually right and corrected quickly if it isn't. They almost always have fresh tea, which we prefer. I appreciate that they do some decorations without going too crazy. We really like this store.“
