“I had to wait for our fish sandwiches. The manager came out and apologized & said they dropped one so they had to make another. He was very very nice and respectful. I didn’t even mind after speaking with him. I truly wish this kind of customer service was the norm.“

“We had a terrible experience at the 44th & Sheridan location, so awful that we had to cancel our order. Tiffany is fantastic, which is why. My spouse is a hard worker, so although eating out is a treat now that fast food prices are higher, poor customer service is not recommended. Tiffany at this site made amends with a worker at a different location. essentially said, "I don't know what happened, but that's not how Arby's does business or how we are trained." She is always welcoming, kind, and caring when I visit this place! You're amazing, Tiffany ?“
