Arby's in Denver

“Another great meal at my favorite Arby's. My beef and cheddar sandwich along with the mozzarella sticks were delicious as usual. The worker, Sarra, is so sweet along with her welcomeing smile, puts me in a good mood every time I come here.“

“What an awesome staff! This Arby's is in a rougher part of denver, but the staff there was so amazing! They were so helpful and really sweet to our kids. Our food took a couple extra minutes (and I literally mean like 2 minutes) but we had awesome conversation and they gave our kiddos a special treat for the wait. If we didn't live so far away we would come back just to say thank you and hello to the kind staff. Both young men were great! Raises immediately!! Thank you from our whole family!“

“I went to grab a bite for the hubby, and the crew member, Darnell was pleasant, took our order accurately, and was kind when he asked me to pull around to the feont because the potato cakes were being cooked fresh.
Not only was he taking orders at the window, but he was also taking orders up front at the counter, and assisting his peer in the back.
Clearly, they are short staffed, but he and his co-worker are doing a great job working with what they have.
When he brought the food out, he was professional, and indeed the potato cakes were fresh.
A good experience in fast food, unfortunately is rare, but it was nice to see someone who takes their role seriously, is professional even under high pressure scenarios, and provides great customer service.
