“They were out of turnovers but was very nice about and offered something else in exchange for what I had preordered on line to pick up. They quickly dropped some Mac and cheese bites in place of my turnover and they offer my husband half price on the milkshake for our trouble. Very nice caring and kind staff. And they appreciate their customers“
“I usually do not give narional fast food places more than 3 stars but when you compare Arby's to some others, you have a pause a look at the little things. I have never had an issue with the service at this location! About the burger... soft melted cheese, warm bun, cool lettuce, ripe tomato, great sauce... McDonald's can't touch you on taste and quality. I think I'll stop going to McDonald's.“

Thank goodness Patricia no longer works there. Just wished the store manager with the gray hair were more friendly and easy going like her staff.
