Arby's in Aurora

“We went around 8:00, they were kind of poorly staffed because I took forever to get us our food which we were at the drive-thru, so I get it. Plus they're were only 2 people working. Which again, I understand. But the guy that took the order was kind of rude. My boyfriend accidentally said a Happy meal and the dude literally scoffs and says happy meal? Dude this is an Arby's. I was like okay except for it's really not funny because he didn't know to say kids meal, not a big deal. When we first arrived we waited like 5 minutes for him to say hi welcome to Arby's can I help you he didn't say anything. So as we are talking about what to get he goes do you have any questions about anything? And of course for like no we were just waiting for you to be ready to take our order no big deal. Then the guy has an attitude and was like I said order when you're ready. And I'm like no you did not, because we've been waiting. Anyway the food was fantastic, as per usual. It's just the people there that weren't that great well the customer facing person wasn't a great to cook did a fantastic job.“

Thank goodness Patricia no longer works there. Just wished the store manager with the gray hair were more friendly and easy going like her staff.

“I usually do not give narional fast food places more than 3 stars but when you compare Arby's to some others, you have a pause a look at the little things. I have never had an issue with the service at this location! About the burger... soft melted cheese, warm bun, cool lettuce, ripe tomato, great sauce... McDonald's can't touch you on taste and quality. I think I'll stop going to McDonald's.“
