“The crew here doesn't always get everything right, but they have some pretty good customer service for fast food. I feel like I'm treated like a person here instead of just another order. The manager who works in the afternoon and evenings does a great job-you can tell he cares.“
“The guys working this Arby’s were so fantastic. I rarely go to Arby’s and this one even less due to the location.But holy moly! The Bacon Ranch Wagyu Steakhouse Burger was delicious! Of course fast food will never look as it does in the advertising- but it was delicious! That’s why I didn’t even get a photo.What made it such a great experience is that I ordered the mac and cheese- if anyone has had Arby’s mac and cheese you know it’s soooo good. But because I’m not an Arby’s regular- I didn’t know it was SEASONAL! I ordered random different items at the drive thru because I didn’t know what I wanted to replace the mac and cheese with. LOL! I got to the window and they all asked each other and found out that the m&c comes back in January.The guys here were really sweet, realizing I’m not a regular of Arby’s. Before I drove off the one at the window said “SEE YOU IN JANUARY!” - in fact- they will see me in January! And probably before then. They were so sweet I’ll pick the extra drive for the friendliness!“
“Great food and fast service. Often time I welcome mistakes, for how we respond to mistakes, tells us more about us than when everything runs smoothly. We had ordered a chicken sandwich meal but upon retrieving our order, a fish sandwich came in its place. I informed them of the issue and they were prompt and apologetic about the issue. There is equal blame to be shared here though as I had a view of the order before paying and didn't notice the mistake. I offered to pay for the additional sandwich but the staff insisted to make it right at no additional cost. Great place to go for a yummy lunch!“
