“Even though I recommend the company and other locations but not this location. burger buns were ice cold and sloppily put together. Not a table one was clean when we went in asked to get a table clean woman had an attitude she said which table I said pick one they're all dirty.“

Many fast food around here sucks but this place is my go to now. The service and food have always been good. They restored my faith in Carl Jr.'s. This was my third visit, and La Hormiga still never fails the food somehow gets more delicious every time. Everything is full of flavor and clearly made with care.

The agua frescas are extremely good and refreshing, a perfect complement to the meal. On top of that, their $0.99 tacos every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are an unbeatable deal for the quality you get.

The staff is so welcoming, creating a great overall experience, and the salsa bar is excellent with plenty of options to spice things up.

“First time in a long time where the hamburger is perfect as if SpongeBob himself made it😅 They wrapped it perfect so everything stayed in place and meat was made to order. I asked for extra pickles and onions and whoever made it said, YOU WANT PICKLES AND ONIONS!!! Here you go!! The bacon ranch fries were also very good, they put a generous portion of bacon and ingredients. The price was very affordable compared to quality you get, I hope this stays consistent because this is my new hamburger place. Whoever made it, thank you for caring about quality 💯“

As a Black woman, I can honestly say that my experience with Cesie has always been positive. She has consistently treated me with professionalism, kindness, and respect. She's friendly, has a great sense of humor, and genuinely cares about making sure customers have a good experience. She often checks on my order as I move through the line and makes me feel like a valued customer, not just another person walking through the door.

Over the years, I've watched her interact with customers from all different backgrounds, and I've never personally witnessed anything that would make me question her character or the way she treats people. My experience has always been one of fairness, courtesy, and excellent customer service.

“Placed an online order for drive-thru on 11/15 at 4:17 PM. When I pulled up to the window, Alisha (I believe that was her name) let me know they were working on my order and that it would be ready in just a few minutes. It was nice to have clear communication right away.

While waiting, I could hear Alisha helping the customer behind me, and she was excellent—clear, friendly, great volume, and you could tell she really knows how to provide good customer service. She made sure the customer got exactly what they wanted and double-checked everything at the end.

When my order was ready, I asked if everything was in one bag since it was a large order. She confidently assured me it was all correct. I joked that my family would be mad at me if something was missing, and she laughed and told me it had been checked twice.

Have visited 3x and same great service.

My favorite now is the Prime Rib Steakburger sandwich, while my husband's the Patty Melt.
Can't leave out the Shoestring Fries which is my all-time favorite. That's coming from someone who, is not really into fries.

Another favorite is their Turtle Sundae.“

Since the last time I've reviewed this place (I did it with the code from the receipt so it was mostly for internal users - I didn't post here), I've come to this Arby's (my go-to!) another 6 times and Tage CONTINUED TO DELIVER OUTSTANDING customer service EVERY TIME!! The first time, he was on his way out, however, he did not ignore a customer, he made sure the customer is taken care of above all else, before he ran out the door. The second time, he was busy helping make food in the back, yet he still made sure that the customer up front gets taken care of first and foremost by casually and respectfully, but with a sense of urgency, asking another idle employee to assist the customer who was waiting. The next 4 times, service has just been running SMOOTHLY and SEAMLESSLY WHEN HE IS THERE! The counter is NEVER unattended for extended periods of time WHEN HE WORKS. The restaurant is clean and tidy UNDER HIS WATCH; cups, lids, soda, condiments, trash, tables - everything is attended to. In the unlikely event of something going wrong with an order when Tage handles the orders, he knows EXACTLY what to do to MAKE IT RIGHT for the customer. The staff at this Church's Chicken was so sweet and quick and cool, despite it being a thousand degrees in the restaurant! I'm not complaining--we got to leave lol. I felt bad because there were three gentlemen behind the counter, and I know they were hot cooking up such great fresh chicken, biscuits, sides, and apple pies!! They were even running a cool promotion for the World Cup that gave you a futbol from different countries depending on the week and what was in stock!
