“Just discovered this place today. Wow! Friendly customer service, very helpful and attentive wait staff. The food was out of this world delicious! We ordered the Molcajete, Enchiladas de Camarones, Ceviche and Queso Fundido. Huge portions and the food was so incredibly flavorful. Margaritas were good too. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will be back.“
“Needed food while visiting family at the Hampton Inn...the craving for Mexican food was high and this was a close place, so we decided to try it. The food is AMAZING! I had a steak burrito which was too much food, and I likely ate too much because it was just so good. Husband had an al pastor machete, and he said was also very good. Sister had the mushroom machete and was very pleasantly surprised. The chips are some of the best I have tasted and the freshly made guacamole was also a hit. (We ordered for ick up, so no comment on ambiance and such)“
“My favorite quesabirria place around. Delicious food, good quantity, excellent quality ingredients, fast service, and did I mention the quesabirria! Yum. It is tucked in the corner between McDonald and Lowes. You would miss it if you weren't looking for it. Give it a try.“
“Took the wife out for a date night. Service was great! We got horchatas, shrimp cocktail, and the have it all fajitas which was amazing and easily enough food for three people. Especially considering the portions, it is super affordable. Recommend checking it out for a great meal!“
“Love coming to this place for some authentic street tacos when I’m in the area. It’s got some really good asada tacos. The food is priced fairly in comparison to other places around that up charge a lot for similar food. The service is great! We got there on a Friday right before the lunch hour rush and glad we did because as soon as that time came it got really busy. I definitely recommend this place for tacos! Their salsas are really good as well, however if you’re not into spicy food I’d maybe start a little slow.“
“Hands down the best breakfast burrito around. The #1 hot (sausage, bacon, chorizo) breakfast burrito is my favorite. Once in awhile I will get fuego, but that has some kick so be prepared. Staff and owner are wonderful people and always friendly. Be prepared to wait if busy, they get a lot of call in orders and only three people working. Been coming here for the past three years and have not been disappointed.“
“This place is the bomb. The charbroiled chicken is superb; well seasoned and well cooked. The prices are reasonable & The cashier, Yeily, was fast and polite. The sides dishes are just ok, feel like there should be more options for sides. Will be returning.“
“Excellent food. Best torta I've ever had in my entire life. Bread was amazing. The flavors were on point. The food was fresh. I recommend stopping by just for lunch. Excellent price for the food I got. They have quesadillas, tortas, tacos, burritos, gorditas... you name it.Super friendly staff too!“
“Got the chiliquiles and they were delicious. Great spice and hot food. Molcajete was 10/10. We dug into the food before we thought to take pics but definitely coming back. Service was great too! Haven't been able to find Mexican food since moving to Colorado that actually was delicious!“
“We had some appointments in the area so we decided to check this place out and glad we did. There were four of us so we tried a little bit of everything. Really enjoyed the queso birra tacos and carnita tacos. Kids shared the nachos and enjoyed the churros! All the corresponding sauces were really tasty! The only thing we would have liked to have seen we're more sides such as rice and beans and a bit more seating. We would definitely come back!“
“I've said it before and I'll say it again. Jus is our go to breakfast, lunch and dinner joint in Aurora. They pack in a really large variety of different meals and do them all very well. The service is great and the food gets there in a hurry. Staff is very friendly and super helpful too. Remember to pay attention to all of the chickens when you're there.Vegetarian options: Looking for vegetarian options they do have some. My vegetarian sister insists on coming here when she visitsDietary restrictions: There are the gluten free options also. Our grandson has a need and he loves what we get him from the menu.“
“My last experience at a Mexican seafood place in CO was pretty bad, so when my mom suggested we have dinner "at the place next to Vintage Theater" I was not thrilled. I checked out their menu online and saw there were plenty of non-seafood options, however, so I agreed to give Mariscos Uruapan a try. By the way, when I saw "lots of options" on the menu, I mean that there menu is a novel the likes of which I have not seen since Cheesecake Factory. They serve everything here. That can also be a red flag as the chances of things being done well goes down as the menu page count goes up. I was pleasantly surprised on arrival. They have ample parking despite being in the heart of downtown Aurora and the restaurant was adorably decorated. I noticed almost all the patrons were speaking Spanish and that every food item that came out was MASSIVE and looked and smelled pretty darn good. My mom is a very light eater so we decided to split something, which ended up being a surf and turf molcajete. It was very good! The whole pinto beans cooked in lard were another highlight, as were the fresh scratch corn tortillas. Despite splitting one entree between two people, we couldnt get through the whole thing. Oh, and the "surf" part of the dish - grilled fish - was the best part. I am now excited to return for more Mexican seafood dishes!“
“Everything I've had here is so flavorful and executed amazingly. Their hot hot sauce is one of the best I've ever had. I highly recommend any of the tortas, the torta milanese is probably the best torta I've ever had. Everything here is as authentic as your abuela would make!!“
“Senor Ric's is a staple of Aurora. I've been coming here for 2 decades and it's been consistently amazing the whole time. The restaurant is beautiful themed and decorated and the ambiance is authentic. Most importantly, the staff is always wonderful and the food is to die for. Don't waste your time - you found the right place.“
“Takero Mucho is so good we first ate their for breakfast and went back a little over a week later to eat again with the plan of eating non-breakfast, but then we needed those Chilaquiles again. I've had the Chilaquiles and the Huevos Divorciados and both were absolutely excellent. My wife got the same Chilaquiles she got the first time, which tells you a lot. Their green sauce that they use on the Chilaquiles is so so good we bought a quart of it to take home and add to our breakfasts and tacos as a salsa. The best tomatillo based sauce I've ever had. The tortilla chips are all made in house and you can tell. They're delicious and crispy. The beans are top notch, made with the good stuff (lard) but not overly so. One day we'll be back for dinner, but I think we'll have to get tired of the best Chilaquiles we've ever had first.“
“Love everything about this place authentic Mexican food best thing of all family owned a great Local place id say go support! Go catch yourself some lunch diner or breakfast! Amazing service from everyone! Love Love Love. Have nothing bad to say about this place!“
“My first time here so can't really comment on another dish. So here goes.Had the Pozole. By far the best Pozole any where, hands down!Great flavor, big chunks of pork without bones and a large portion. Only missed having corn tortillas with it. If you get a craving for Pozole, look no “
“Stopped in at the end of a bicycle ride and ordered breakfast burritos to take home. We all thought they were very good. The order and takeout service was fast and courteous. We liked it so well we called and ordered takeout tacos for lunch the next day. Again, the chicken tacos were authentic and very good and the telephone ordering and takeout service was fast and courteous.“
“Great local Mexican place! I've eaten here many times over the years and always enjoyed everything I've ordered. I will say their quesabirria tacos are an absolute standout though. So amazing! So now everything I order there I get with the birria.“
“I tried this place close to work. It had high reviews. It’s in a strip mall. You can eat inside, there are tables but it’s also a place you can order & take to go. Not a huge restaurant. Prices are super reasonable. I ordered a smothered burrito with green chili with shredded beef. It was delicious. All the food tasted fresh. Rice was homemade & authentic tasting. Refried beans were good. I was surprised and they give you a lot of food I felt. If you get the chili rellano, they use Poblano peppers, not Anaheim. They have a lunch menu but you can order anything on lunch menu for dinner as well. It’s a family owned business that has been serving for 33 years. Very clean. Very nice workers and great customer service. It was also very fast. Plenty of parking outside. I will be going back.“
“Food is on point. Being from Texas I'm very picky when it come to my mexican food. It's the closest to authentic Mexican flavor as you can get in denver. I have been looking for a decent menudo place for when I don't want to go through all tue trouble of making it myself. This is that “
“If you haven't gone here yet, it's out of this world!!! Cucumber lemon drink is so amazing, who'd have even thought!!! Food made fresh on the spot!! I am absolutely floored how awesome this place is!! I promise you won't regret it!“
“I stopped by here to try one other thier window advertised breakfast burritos. They didn't let me down! I ordered the Asada breakfast, and my friend ordered the Bacon one. The green chili they use is super flavorful with just a hint of heat. Every bite was full of meat throughout the burrito. I'm excited to try more of the food they serve. Would definitely recommend this place for a breakfast burrito.“
“The Colorado breakfast burrito is fantastic. Perfect size, excellent ingredients, nice cheesy char to the wrap. Great price ($7) can’t wait to try more, but I don’t know how I’ll make it past this burrito.Wheelchair accessibility: In a parking lot.“
“What a gem of a spot! The service is outstanding. Loved the energetic staff and customers. Definitely a spot for a special occasion dinner to celebrate. The music was a little too loud for me. More like a dance club level vs a restaurant, but it made sense for the karaoke.“
“An incredible place! I’ve lived in central Mexico for several years and these tacos are as close to real street tacos as I have found in many years. Delicious Al Pastor tacos with oiled tortillas; a huge assortment of salsas and toppings for the food, and friendly service. They have huge quesadillas (huaraches) and delicious nopales.“
“Great chicken! Best Pico de Gallo I have had in ages, the red salsa was spicy but delicious. Great pinto beans and great Spanish rice. If your ordering for a family your gonna want one more chicken than You think you need, everyone wants seconds“
“La Costera has the best charcoal chicken in Denver! We ordered take out of a whole grilled chicken(flavorful), it was good. Great place for a quick bite. The whole grilled chicken is good. This was the best chicken tacos and flautas we have ever had. Highly recommended!“
“The best customer service you could ask for whenever you need it. I had an amazing experience at La Familia Restaurant, the food never fails to impress me regardless of what I’m eating through the varieties as well. I’m definitely going to visit this amazing food environment as much as I can and eat everything on their menu. Thank you la familia restaurant for the Salvadorian experience !“
“So I was Hungry! I couldn't figure out what to eat. Then my son came home and let me taste his asada fries. LORD! So good! I almost bit my tongue. I was able to get my order in 10 minutes before closing, and enjoyed it with a real Mexican Coke.“
“I ordered two Carnitas one Barbacoa and one AsadaConsidering I had an hour drive home and they were still warm when I got there. I am not disappointed. Everything was very flavorful. Very good.Steak was a little dry but again I had an hour drive home so I wouldn’t let that affect your trying it!!!“
“EXCELLENT and authentic Mexican food, in a buffet style prentation. The hardest part is picking something out of the many delicious offerings. The Bakery, meh... the market and butchet shop looks good.Parking: Busy, but something always available.“
“The sushi is a sound style and is very delicious, I give the seafood a 7 on this occasion because the shrimp in chile water is cooked in lemon and they served it to me 100% raw!!! The gut is not removed from whole cooked shrimp and it is difficult to remove it because it is already cooked, and the flavor is gritty if it is not removed for convenience. The prices are a little high.“
“La Cascada has the best street tacos! The meat quality is so good. My favorites are the Carne asada, and al pastor. My husband loves thier burritos. The salsas red and green are both spicy and delicious. My favorite Mexican food truck in Denver.“
“Having moved from Texas-love Taco trucks/hole in the walls....this was a complete random surprise! The Quesabirria was EXCELLENT. The meat is beef and not goat, but packed with layers of flavor and the corn shells were absolutely delicious. Seriously, the best Mexican I've had so far in Denver. I'm hooked.“
“We go here a lot for the chili rellenos because they are the best we ever had, but today the rellenos were even better! Please don’t ever change the recipe. This establishment has a good thing going with perfect service, food, atmosphere and prices. I just wish they were open in the evenings but the food is so good that we will arrange our meal times around their open schedule. Young lady at counter was so nice and cook was very friendly. Thank you.Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs and kids menu with food kids love.Wheelchair accessibility: Door is wheelchair accessible“
“Have always had good experiences coming here. Get all your Latin food and house hold brands here. The little retaurants always has good dishes. They get Mexican bread delivered to them...really food. All the meat Ive purchased tasted great.“
“Delicious! As soon as you step in it smells sweet and that fresh baked smell! Bought a few random things to try it out and start and they are yum! Takes me back to when I was a kid and we’d get some pan dulce y leche. Will definitely be back to try other breads and cookies and cakes I couldn’t get today. They also have Mexican candies and sabritas. Overall great panaderia! Come check it out and try it!“
“Hands down the BEST! Mexican food in Colorado! The waitress’s work hard and the environment is so clam and peaceful. Also they have some amazing drink selection.i have been coming here for years and am so impressed with the food. Especially the molé enchiladas“
“So this is not this location seems to have some amazing produce, not just selection but quality and price are both great. I haven't tried the meat market but for fresh baked goods, or an amazing lunch I would highly recommend Mi Pueblo!“
“Take it from a Mexican who lived in Los Angeles - this place is the BEST for tamales!! Rivals any place in L.A. -totally agree with review that said these tamales are not dry PLUS perfect amount of filling to masa! You will not regret getting your tamal fix here. Don’t plan to eat here take to go -not a sit down kind of place.Parking: It can be a little busy early morning but spots can be found - just watch out for the big “trocas” they are parking spot hogs!“
“These are, no joke, the best tacos I have ever had! These people are so sweet and fast. I have had their stacked enchiladas which reminded me of my grandpa’s enchiladas. The first time I ever tried this food, I literally cried because it brought me right back to childhood. Everything is always fresh and made to order, they also serve breakfast. They have a location in Castle Rock and one in Aurora. Get there as fast as you possibly can to support this small business!“
“Tacos were delicious and a great price! Tried pastor, birria, and carnitas and all were great. Staff was very kind and would certainly visit again. Great food truck option just a 5 minute walk from Peoria station after taking the airport train!“
“Good food and friendly staff. Portions are not very big, I ordered their barbacoa plate, good flavor but was expecting a little more meat and it did not come with tortillas, I had to order some after. My husband got the asada burrito and ordered a side of rice and beans as well so he could feel full. Not amazing but good.“
“I had watched a video of this place on tiktok and it looked fantastic. Now, recently there has been an uprising of shootings in the metro area, so I was hesitant to go. But then again, who's gonna let a little bit of danger get in the way of some good Mexican food right? So, when my friend and I get there, we see a line of people out the door! That's a GOOD sign the food is yummy! ....or the service could be slow, but I was willing to wait and see. OMG I am SO glad I waited! EVERYTHING I tried was phenomenal ✨️ ?Turkey tails, pesole',tamales, enchiladas, everything! The calabacitas were definitely my favorite and the BEST ? I have ever had in my life! I will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know that loves Mexican food! .....just don't leave any valuables unattended in your car ?Parking: I accidently parked at another restaurant....was worried I might get towed but I didn't. ?Wheelchair accessibility: It will be a tight fit, but the chairs are easily moved.“
“I've been going for years and will continue for years to come! Delicious food that I can't find anywhere else.Parking: You can find parking on the street out front or behind the restaurant, there is a parking lot and a rear entrance.Kid-friendliness: High chairs and kid friendly food.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs, and there are table / booth options that are spacious enough to accommodate“
“Food is always good. Service is always good too. They work as quick as they can for food being prepared as ordered. The restaurant itself is a lil outdated but they keep it clean for the not appearing to be fully staffed. But maybe they keep it that way purposefully for those who like to work. There is enough staff & the food is on point! The employees are always kind & service is great. That's what matters“
“(Translated by Google) Excellent, the food meets all expectations, it reminded me of Mexico, we continue to cross borders, I congratulate the chefs and cooks.(Original)excelente ,la comida cumple todas las expectativas ,me recordó a México ,seguimos cruzando fronteras ,los felicito a los cocineros y cocinera .“
“Tried their catered options (chicken and barbaccoa tacos!) for a graduation event & became a huge fan!!! Enough to return the following week to grab lunch for the office and returned the same weekend for a dinner option. Very pleasant staff to assist if you need help communicating. Met a co-owner who recommended the Caldo Norteno, a dish her aunt created a "personal spin", on my next visit. Also, I have been told the chicken soup is phenomenal! This location is like a "one stop shop". Much of what you want in one place and "delivering the good"! Looking forward to visiting this location off Colfax & Jamaica again, and very soon! Thank you!“
“Food is as great, service although very nice but it wasn't attended often and it wasn't attentive at all. We were constantly giving them empty glasses and chip baskets. We were a party of four but for all the dishes the space was overwhelmed. Definitely worth a try for the food.“
