“Good mexican food, and the Salvadorian is where they really shine. It is outstanding and definitely worth getting. Staff is very nice and welcoming. The physical building is a bit run down - but don't let that dissuade you. It is a great restaurant.“
“Love coming to this place. Every time I come here food always with great taste and great seasoning from tacos to burritos and tortas are amazing. Pretty much anything you get you won't regret. They put a lot of hard work and you can tell by the food they serve.Parking: A lot of parkingKid-friendliness: My son eats 3 tacos all the time we go there and for a 4 year old that's pretty amazing that a kid can eat. Quality food for sure“
“Angies has been my families' favorite go to neighborhood restaurant since I was a kid and now my husband and I go whenever we get a chance. The food is always great and such an amazing value. Every time has been a wonderful experience. Thank you!“
“We went here for the first time on Thursday afternoon. It was around 2:30pm so was afraid it was not going to be fresh since it was way after lunch. We ordered the carne Asada burrito (meat was tender, guacamole was all guacamole) and the fajita chicken salad. Pricing was excellent! Both were Amazing! We will come back soon to try more items soon. A++++“
“I saw there were great reviews so I had my hopes up and WOW it did not disappoint. I had the molcajete, and though it took me maybe 10 minutes to cut up all the food inside the boiling pot of deliciousness, I think it was one of the best Mexican dishes I’ve ever eaten. I highly recommend it!!“
“My family has eaten here several times, by ourselves and with friends. The food is always excellent, the service is very friendly, and the margaritas are outstanding. This is the best Mexican food around, and we have tried all local places. This is a small, family-run kind of place. My daughter loves the beans, I love the pork. Margaritas are often loaded with sugar, these are not so, they are very good.“
“Today was our first time eating here. We had lengua and carnitas tacos and an adobada bean and rice burrito. We also got sides of beans. Everything was excellent! The only thing I would say is that the green chili could be hotter. We can handle hotter food than most though. Great job! I'd give 6 stars if I could!!!!!!!“
“I got an order of their fajita quesadilla with an extra order of tortillas. While waiting, I got myself a Diet Coke the lady gave me chips and salsa, which salsa was very tasty little hot for my taste again very tasty. my drive home the smells were so good. I couldn’t wait to get home and it was as yummy as the smells. I am glad I got the extra order of tortillas cause normally you just get a cheese quesadilla with the fajita meat and peppers and onions, salad, sour cream. I gave this place five stars.“
“We've always enjoyed our time here! The one thing I hope they review is how the bill is given. They use a handheld device to process my bill, which is fine, but I felt rushed to pay it because the server stands there waiting. My preference is they leave it and return. Overall, we had a great time.“
“The buzz around Los Dos Potrillos (LDP) seems to be omnipresent. Mike Snell posted a simple question on Nextdoor (see the screenshot) that made me laugh and maybe sparked a bit of debate. True to form, the responses were a mixed bag, typical of Nextdoor discussions. So I thought it would be good to post another review about LDP on Google Maps.We visited Los Dos Potrillos on a Saturday evening; that definitely requires patience upon arrival. Despite the daunting wait time of over an hour, the food and service shone through and made it well worth it.For those that are not aware, LDP offers complimentary chips and salsa. The salsa is the kind of flavor-packed condiment I'd happily douse on everything if I had a large jar in the home fridge. Our order was a feast: a Cali burrito sans rice, steak fajitas (pro tip: request well-done veggies for an explosion of flavor), a bean burrito, and steak street tacos. The fajitas, with their veggies charred to perfection, and the rice-free Cali burrito, possibly the best burrito I've ever tasted, were the highlights. And let's not forget the margaritas—simply top-notch.Moses recomienda de todo corazón Los Dos Potrillos. It's a testament to patience being a virtue, especially when it leads to such a rewarding dining experience.“
“Waiter was very nice got everything right. Food was hot and good portions. Was able to hear everyone talking at our table. First time here will be back.Dietary restrictions: Chicken ask for rice on the side. That's how it came out. Thank you“
“OMG!!!! I Love little taco shops. Got me some Alarmbre tacos, with steak, the portion was huge and the flavors were amazing. Some top 10 tacos for sure. Def stop in if your in the area. I'm hoping that I am working in the area again tmrrw so u can something “
“Our server, Ramone, was awesome. Fun happy and attentive. Quick with drink refills. Restaurant itself is nothing fancy but the food is delicious. The chorizo queso and birria pizza are amazing. My daughter decided she wanted my chicken tacos so I ate her beef enchilada and if even order that again. We both ended up eating both.Kid-friendliness: We had 2 kids, 1 was a toddler. Family friendly placeWheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space“
“Arrived for lunch and the place was empty. I forgot to take pics of my food because it was so amazing. The burritos are absolutely packed with meat. The chicken and steak are extremely tender and juicy. Everything is packed with flavor. The green chili is fantastic.10/10 this place is awesome.“
“They made a table of 4 so happy and the environment put us in a relaxed friendly mood. Our server was this friendly energetic shorter gentleman who checked in on us. Amazing food. All of us ate all our food and even ordered appetizers and ate them also. Great sugary drinks for the kid in you like this pineapple cream soda. Great all around. I’m from fort collins and we went here for a late Christmas dinner. Could not be more happy with them and their care here.“
““Cencalli, which translates to ‘family,’ is truly delightful! Zoe provided us with excellent service, making us feel like part of their family. We savored a delicious Quesa-Taco, and I’m thrilled that they are in town. Additionally, be sure to try their Tres-Leches; it’s my all-time favorite dessert, and theirs certainly lives up to expectations!”“
“We just came here after eating to enjoy a couple of drinks and I don't really drink so I had no idea what to get. The bar tender asked what I like and I said something sweet so she made me this incredible moh something but she used dragon fruit rum and it was incredible. I think it had enough liquor that one was enough for me. But she was amazing and helpful. It was late and a week night so there was not a lot going on. Plus we had never been here and just stopped in. I think it is or was a bikers bar but there were families in here eating so I think you can bring your family here for food. However there is not a lot of room for parking and it's tight in the parking lot.“
“Fun Mexican restaurant great family friendly service. You need to try the stuffed jalapenos like really frickin good, huge, spicy, flavor explosion, heat, wrapped in bacon! Need a few beers to go with it.I needed protein so went steak didn't feel like fajitas but they had a stuffed chicken I wanted to try covered in a home green chili sauce. Gf got the mole chicken very authentic deep rich flavors.Good service great hang out must eat Mexican food.“
“It's the best restaurant ever. The food is always delicious, and even the chips and salsa are amazing. The atmosphere feels like you're at home with a family, cozy. Servers are the nicest, friendliest people. We are regulars, and they always remember us and what we order when we go there, outstanding customer service. And the price is reasonable. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone. Their food is so delicious. My family and I love this place“
“I absolutely love their green chili and breakfast burritos. It is a weekly stop for me. Great flavor and heat.I have one recommendation/constructive criticism; At the Littleton location, walking in and getting punched in the face by the odor of urinal cakes is so off-putting. I can hardly wait long enough to pick up my breakfast burrito, and I can’t imagine dining in (probably why it is usually empty).I know the bathrooms are near the entrance, but maybe try venting them, or an air purifier fan, or a different brand of cleaner/urinal cake, or none altogether? There has to be a solution so that every patron’s first impression of your wonderful restaurant isn’t flashbacks to the dive bar bathroom they visited last night.“
“I went to Littleton Cafe with my friend Angela, and we had an excellent breakfast! I had the steak and eggs, and Angela had the 2 egg breakfast coffee included with my breakfast! The prices are great and the food and service were awesome!! I will eat here again and I will bring friends!“
“I could really taste those good banana fibers running smoothly down my throat with every tasty gulp. I ♥️ banan. So good reminds me of my young days where I consumed upwards of 15,000 bananas per day. ???????????????????????????????????????“
“Bowles Cafe is a great breakfast place with good food and reasonable prices. The portion sizes are typically large but they're ate some exceptions that have disappointed over time. Specifically, pancakes are both sized and generous well biscuits and gravy are tiny. I like this place and we'll return. It's a great place to have a social breakfast with friends!“
“Pretty good place. I notice some reviewers gripe that it isn't "spicy" enough, without recognizing the fact that most people don't like things overly pungent. There has to be a happy medium, and this restaurant hits that medium pretty well.I've been here on several occasions, and the promptness of the service can get a little...slow, particularly when it's time to pay the check and leave. The building in Littleton is a converted Pizza Hut, so it's small and can feel a little cluttered and claustrophobic during busy peak hours.Wheelchair accessibility: I was using a wheelchair the first time I came to this restaurant, and it was easily accessible.“
“I get the same thing every time I go, Usually about 3 times a week! My fries are almost always crispy. Chili is pretty consistent and hot at times like I like it. It's really a go-to for me. Only tamale kitchen I will eat at. The others aren't as good.“
“I have been here multiple times, I admit, when they first came out I could tell they were just getting started, service was mediocre, and the food was alright. Now, everything has been amplified by 1000%. Their service is amazing, they have a lovely vibe and community within the restaurant. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by a friendly host, we talked for a little and from what I remember his name was Colton. He walked us to our table, and sat us down. He was the nicest host i have ever had by far. Their waiter, Jesus, sat us down and was incredibly nice. Overall 10/10 experience.“
“This is my favorite Mexican restaurant! We have never had a bad experience here. The food is great! Service has always been very friendly and efficient. Nice atmosphere. I highly recommend it!Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free and dairy free options.“
“Wow! Amazing experience. The food was phenomenal and the staff were extremely attentive! My fiancé got the beef taco plate and I got the smothered California burrito with no meat (they were accommodating because I’m a vegetarian). We are new to the area and can’t wait to recommend this place to friends! The margaritas are great too ;)“
“I ordered take out at the counter and my food was ready in less than 10 minutes. The staff was so friendly!! I hadn't been in since a remodel was done, it looks so nice inside!! The lunch specials are such a great deal!! I'll definitely be back!!“
“I've been going to this restaurant before they where at this location. The best fajitas I've ever found in Littleton or Lakewood. Home style cooking and the owner has always checked in on everything. If I could give this place ten stars I would.“
