I loved them so much I literally turned back and ordered 2 more. The brisket was tender, the steak and al pastor were bursting with flavor, and the tortillas were perfectly smothered in grasita for that authentic street taco experience. The green salsa was fresh and flavorful, while the red brought the heat. If you’re in Littleton, do yourself a favor and stop here. You won’t regret it!!“

“The breakfast burrito was huge, filling, and exactly what I was hoping for. It came packed with chorizo, egg, and potato, and every bite had plenty of flavor.

The food was great, and the service was friendly and quick. It is the kind of burrito that can easily hold you over for most of the day.

The atmosphere was clean and comfortable, though pretty basic. Nothing fancy, but everything felt well kept. I would definitely come back for another breakfast burrito“

“Was looking for a quick bite to eat after attending an event at National Western and found Taco Uprising while searching maps, saw the 4.8 stars and figured we'd give it a try. I had 2 Birria tacos and one Pollo verde, they were some of the best tacos I've ever had. My partner had the cheese quesadilla, and my friend had 3 fried chicken tacos and they all said they were amazing as well! Walking back to the car I told my partner I already wanted to go back for more birria it was so good!“

The green chili rellano with green chili was deep fried and the flavors popped. The Carne asada street tacos were large and came with everything on the side that you needed...so fresh. My wife also got the birria taco that we ended up sharing and we both were happier then we have been in months. Cheers to the staff and the chefs, we're truly impressed and hope others give it a try, with the experience we had it will be worth it.“

One of them an elder lady who is so loving and so happy and excited you are there. Plus a house made tortilla was just the icing on the cake. Next we tried the quesabirria taco. Hands down best thing I’ve eaten in a while. Last thing we had was the churros. I got a dulce de leche filling and my husband got just regular churros. They were both so delicious and freshly made. Everything was just so delicious we will definitely be back again.“
