“Another great visit to Cencalli! The new trio dip - queso, beans and guacamole, with chips and their signature salsas - delicious. Also tried the posole flight… red, white and green, loved all 3. Great burrito and margaritas too. We took home a red and green tamale. They were delicious. We plan to pre-order them for the holidays!“

“This is the kind of place you accidentally find and then wish you had back home. 🌮 A little food truck with big flavor! The tripa tacos were the highlight of my day!! I loved them so much I literally turned back and ordered 2 more. The brisket was tender, the steak and al pastor were bursting with flavor, and the tortillas were perfectly smothered in grasita for that authentic street taco experience. The green salsa was fresh and flavorful, while the red brought the heat. If you’re in Littleton, do yourself a favor and stop here. You won’t regret it!!“

“This place is great. It was our second time eating here and I felt the need to write a review because the tacos are great. We're fresh off a trip to CDMX and haven't been able to taper back on our taco consumption yet even while back in the States. The tacos are fantastic, especially at this price point. Three tacos for $15 is a steal for the quality and care. Three tacos is more than enough food too. They are filled to the brim with quality meats and ingredients and you can mix and match. Support our local neighborhood restaurant and give it this place a try!“

“We bounced around town looking for good tacos for a couple of years, and this is our favorite. Both of us. The staff are friendly. We always get a smile at the register. The tacos are wonderful and they are stuffed. The ingredients are fresh. The restaurant is always clean.“

“We went as a family and I can’t recommend Colima enough! Delicious, authentic food, kind, efficient service, and great margaritas and Palomas! They were set up so that my kids were welcome and I didn’t feel self conscious that they were interrupting other guests. We will be back without the kids to sit at the bar. I am coming back for a marg and queso!“

“I love this place. Amazing, friendly, + attentive staff, delicious tacos, yummy drinks. The atmosphere is usually a 5/5, but this summer, there have been A/C issues and they have been using a mobile swamp cooler. It's great on milder days (temps < 90). But with temps consistently in the 90s-100s this summer, the swamp cooler has struggled to keep things comfortable. Hoping the owner invests in repairing the HVAC soon.“

“We've had the pleasure of running into Pancho's Birrias y Mas food truck a few times now and it has yet to disappoint! We've had street tacos, pizza birria, and burritos - 10/10 would recommend anything on the menu! Always tasty! Tonight we tried with the consume broth as they had recommended to us at the window and it is definitely something we'll be adding to our order from now on - YUM! “Wow. I understand why this is my friend’s favorite spot. Very easy to order at the kiosk. Service was fast, food was fresh, inside was clean, nice bar area, and plenty of seating! I got a chicken bowl and the serving size was huge, but it was so delicious. I could’ve finished the whole thing but I would have been over stuffed. The street corn was also phenomenal. All the flavors were married perfectly. 10/10. Can’t wait to come back!“

“This is a very humble and unassuming little store front eatery. Please do not forego for this reason. Once you step inside you will be greeted by a lovely couple of ladies. One of them an elder lady who is so loving and so happy and excited you are there. I highly recommend the traditional breakfast with two eggs, refried black beans, cheese and sour cream to complement the fried plantains. This takes me to my childhood instantaneously. Eating here feels like eating at my grandmother's home sitting at a table in the kitchen, very nostalgic for me. These ladies are amazing hosts and love what they do. Stop by and tell them Jorge sent you and enjoy!“

“Ordered 4 al pastor tacos and a carne asada torta. Paid a total of $16. The torta came with shredded lettuce, white cheese and avocado. It was not good at all. The meat was flavorless. The tacos were good. They normally come with pineapple but we ordered them without. You get lime wedges, a bag of mixed onion and cilantro and a red and green sauce. I've never tasted the red sauce so I'm not sure if it's good. The green sauce is not that good and is spicy“
