Wow! I spent a lot of time researching the best tacos for catering in our area. I ultimately decided to use E Hijole Tacos and Catering for my son's graduation party of about 65 people, and it was a HUGE success! Elena was so lovely and kind. What a talented chef! We had E Hijole catered for a company event for breakfast and lunch with about 50 people. Elena was great with communication during the planning process, and made great recommendations for the group, including all types of dietary restrictions.
