We had E Hijole catered for a company event for breakfast and lunch with about 50 people. Elena was great with communication during the planning process, and made great recommendations for the group, including all types of dietary restrictions. Their team showed up right on time to set up both meals, and they were friendly and professional. Our attendees raved about the tacos, and absolutely loved the sauces that accompanied them. We will definitely use E Hijole again, thank you Elena!

Wow! I spent a lot of time researching the best tacos for catering in our area. I ultimately decided to use E Hijole Tacos and Catering for my son's graduation party of about 65 people, and it was a HUGE success! Elena was so lovely and kind. What a talented chef! She was extremely helpful in deciding our menu and how many guests to plan for. She was readily available for questions and quickly addressed any of my concerns. She communicated well throughout the entire process. She made the entire planning process stress free. She and her husband, Frank arrived on time to set up.
