Absolutely tasty. I dropped by here because I was working across the street. Grabbed a carne asada burrito which came with a side of tomatillo sauce.While I waited (what had to be two minutes) I was given two barbacoa tacos to try. Both were great (the "red" meat tasted better to me).The burrito was significantly smaller than I would have imagined (maybe my only complaint). It comes with peppers and beans. Absolutely BEST food truck in Denver. The food is always delicious. Tried the carnitas, al pastor, asada, birria, barbacoa. All amazing flavor. Tortas have delicious bread with cheese, avocado and their pickled spicy carrots (best I’ve ever had). Breakfast burritos are really yummy too!The staff are great. Outstanding food. Outstandingly clean truck, Outstanding outstanding outstanding. They cater to both English speaking and Spanish speaking customers; nice to be able to communicate your order correctly!Better get to these guys quickly before they end up on some darn television show... Okay heading to La Estacion now!
