I always love the food here but the only reason I hate coming is because of the lady at the front. She has comments to say and a smirk as like a rude person this isn’t my first time with this lady being rude. If you can hand the service try the food. If you can’t lady is super rude. This happened Nov 7th after 5pm.
The food served at this establishment is very good no doubt but the attitude of the employees is very of off putting I can't ask for a recipe without them making a face overall there attitude is just unfriendly like they don't want to be there if that's the case look for another job

The truth is that I don't understand how they are still standing and selling!!2 years ago I began to notice that Las Tortugas in general (all branches) began to decline, the cakes are already sold to you burnt and tasteless, the meat is dry, etc, etc... the truth is this was the last opportunity that they Say... I'm tired of thinking about arriving and trying a cake like before and they always disappoint me... they don't even have bullfighting chile anymore, no mmmen!!
