“Best Mexican food in Colorado, and some of the most friendliest people“

“I honestly go here about once a week and have been forgetting to leave a review. I'm obsessed with the breakfast burritos, and can attest that the tacos and chicken burritos are also amazing. The food is great quality, has amazing flavor, and leaves me feeling great! Good quantity for the price. Also try the agua frescas! The watermelon is my favorite!“

“I am very impressed with the quality and fresh food that was served. I recently moved in down the street and walked past this place the day before. It smelled amazing and I was excited, yet I've been disappointed alot by restaurants recently. My wife and I decided to go this evening and we our on here writing a review the same night. We showed up an hour before closing and we're greeted right away, drinks that were placed were brought out right away, and food right behind it. I don't write reviews so that tells you something. The green chili rellano with green chili was deep fried and the flavors popped. The Carne asada street tacos were large and came with everything on the side that you needed...so fresh. My wife also got the birria taco that we ended up sharing and we both were happier then we have been in months. Cheers to the staff and the chefs, we're truly impressed and hope others give it a try, with the experience we had it will be worth it.“

“The cook immediately greeted me with a good morning, asked me what he could get staryed for me. I got 2 tacos. Man sized portions y'all. 2 tacos and 2 hot sauces in the bag easily weighed over 2 pounds.
The tacos were hot, fresh, and completed in the same amount of time it took me to prepare my cup of coffee.
Staff was prompt, attentive, pleasurable, and CLEAN.
This was around 6:30am, it's not exactly slow, he was slinging food out of that window and feeding customers just as fast as people were ordering them.
The man needs a tip jar, I insisted on leaving a tip although no jar is present.“

“Amazing food. I Own the business next door and eat here often. Amos is a very hard working guy. Very Very clean. I see it, I know. He is there from 6am until very late at night. Has some of the best ingredients. Always willing to build a custom order and prices are very reasonable.  You will enjoy them too.“

“Another great visit to Cencalli! The new trio dip - queso, beans and guacamole, with chips and their signature salsas - delicious. Also tried the posole flight… red, white and green, loved all 3. Great burrito and margaritas too. We took home a red and green tamale. They were delicious. We plan to pre-order them for the holidays!“

“The food is good but the drinks were the highlight of our visit!! The Margarita slushie trio sampler was delicious and the Picante Margarita did not disappoint!! If you like spicy that's the one for you!! The slushie flavors are ever changing... Today's were watermelon and lemon drop and the 3rd one was a twist of the 2.“

“Stopped in for a breakfast burrito with my husband. We ended up trying that and a few other items. The breakfast burritos were amazing. Perfectly crisp bacon and ratio of fillings. Plus a house made tortilla was just the icing on the cake. Next we tried the quesabirria taco. Hands down best thing I’ve eaten in a while. Last thing we had was the churros. I got a dulce de leche filling and my husband got just regular churros. They were both so delicious and freshly made. Everything was just so delicious we will definitely be back again.“

Hadn't eaten all day, was googling restaurants on our route and this came up. Didn't really look at place, just saw it had good reviews. We were looking for a sit down place, saw the truck and decided to try it. Fast, nice young men and hit the spot. Coke was icy cold! Definitely will go again when in that area.“

“My husband and I love this place! The shredded beef burritos are excellent and we always get them smothered in green chili and the green chili is fabulous! The owners are a husband and wife team and they are always very happy to see us and come by and let us know that they are happy to see us. Also, the margaritas are great. “The food and atmosphere are great, and this is a perfect spot for a date night or to meet up with friends. I just wish they put a little more effort into their vegetarian tacos. The flavor is delicious, but a roasted carrot really isn’t a protein substitute. It would be great if they had one or two more vegetarian tacos and preferably at least one with a protein like tofu, beyond, seitan, etc. I would definitely be a more regular customer if they made that change!“

“This place was honestly really good, the food we got was cooked perfectly. We got the quesadilla burger and the Wisconsin cheeseburger. Both were super juicy and very filling. We also got the appetizer sampler they have and the cheese curds were so freaking good! I would definitely recommend this place for an afternoon lunch with friends.“

“Security guard Jeffery is way to aggressive and very rude. He allowed his favorite male customers to sexually harass me, when I contacted him for help he kicked me and my friends out. Very aggressive and rude protecting his own group of friends that have ‘Vip’ statue with him. He is the original organizer for the human trafficking and drugs that get sold there. Owners should definitely get rid of him he is a liability. Women be careful going there if your not in a large group, Jeffery will threaten you and even have his “sister” follow you home. Denver FBI needs to investigate this place.“
