This wasn't about a meal to satisfy your hunger-this was a complete experience! One where you would see the beautiful plating, smell the aromas, take a bite, listen to your palate, then feel your taste buds sing! To feel individual flavors alone, yet understand the pairings! Our favorite dish was the scallops in tomato butter! May have been the best thing I have ever tasted in my life! The coolest part of this was we got our reservations to sit at the Chef's Counter! It is seating directly facing the kitchen and prep area where you can watch the culinary staff do their magic! We watched them prepare each dish right in front of us! The Chef's were very informative and attentive! Another incredible experience in itself!“
