The staff here truly goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome—friendly, attentive, and always with a smile. If you love authentic Mexican food, this spot is a must-visit. Everything we ordered was fresh and flavorful, and the atmosphere made it even better. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area! “The Chalet is my fav restaurant. Ive been coming here for over 10 years, the food and service has always been consistently fantastic. You can't go wrong with the pecan waffles or if you like Mexican food, the green chili is the best in Denver. The portions are large and they have daily specials. Come by and ask for Cindy, she is my fav waitress!♥️“

“Well, I can say agree with others, it difficult to get to. The city screwed many businesses with the new construction.
I got a breakfast burrito, which was a good size, nicely portioned. In the days where you got to still balance your money, it's a solid deal! Quick in service at 9:30am, I was in and out even with 3 cars ahead of me. And they are 24hrs, so that awesome even when you have late night cravings!“

“I normally choose chipotle over Qdoba, but I was pretty impressed this time. I went with the surf n turf and it was good. The shrimp was not over cooked and anyway overall, we'll come back. Everything was fresh. Yes guac and queso were free and no, they weren't skimpy on it.“

“Evelin was absolutely wonderful—super friendly and awesome! The burritos were incredible, truly fire! We ordered two breakfast burritos: one with eggs, potatoes, and ham, and both were delicious. One was spicy chili, and the other had a medium heat. Truly a fantastic meal!“
