“I will say I worked here when Ernie Atencio and his wife Nancy open it up. They retired and wanted to keep the Atencio Family tradition of food recipes going. Thier niece Tammy from Ernies Brother Gilly as he was well known to helping with the restaurant sadly Gilly pass on but his Daughter Tammy was able to take on the Restaurants,Family Tradition with her kids are now the new owners and from day 1 to now the food is excellent I give it 10+ especially 1st time I tried the Breakfast enchilada yummy over my normal Huevo Ranchero it was recommended by staff member Bernardo so yeah you need to do Breakfast and lunch and dinner here.“

“Began ordering from here since Tamale Kitchen in Northglenn cant get anything right. So far so good. Not a fan of the beans cuz they taste canned but the tamales and cheese enchiladas are yummy“

“Ta Chingon Mexican Restaurant is one of our new, favorite places for outstanding Mexican food. This family run business delivers truly delicious food with tons of flavor. (My mouth is watering just thinking about all the different salsas they have to choose from) Great prices make it Taco Tuesday Friendly but the new, upgraded decoration and full bar make it a nice, upscale night out. Do yourself a favor and give them try. Tell 'em Delirious Don sent you!“

“We ordered nine tacos, three of each: al pastor, carne asada, and lengua. The corn tortillas are made fresh, the meats perfectly cut, seasoned, and seared. I am fairly picky when it comes to corn tortillas as I prefer flour. These were the exception. When food is made with care, it shows. All were outstanding and the customer service is great.“

“The food here is as nice as the owner's mustache, If anyone leaves a bad review for this place, they are the problem. I wish the hours were longer so I could come back for seconds, thirds, and fourths. Alsohe red salsa is so hot it will make you sweat like you're lying to wife about your secret second family.“

“Still my favorite spot. My got to is the carnitas taco plate. My kids love the menudo. The hamburgers (Juarez style) & smothered burritos are good too. There agua frescas (Horchata + Jamaica) are good too. I'm so picky about actual AUTHENTIC Mexican food and this is it. I come here every other week and it never disappoints. Love thats it's family ran 💕“

“Truly enjoyed my first (but not last) visit here. Our server, Clarissa, was very much so attentive to our table & made sure we had our waters refilled & chips for salsa.

“I went there today which is June 1st 2022 and I was very disappointed their service sucked their food's nasty they don't even know that tacos pastor comes with pineapple that's supposed to be fried with the meat never go back to this place they don't even get a star as far as I'm concerned“

“For those that gave bad reviews, they are either Karens or don’t know how to order their food. I have been all over the world and this remains my Go-To place for tacos. It’s simple, if you don’t like chewy tripe tacos, ASK FOR THEM CRISPY. Also, if you don’t like small, hole-in-wall restaurants, then maybe don’t go to them. This place is authentic, great people, amazing food. My favorite tacos are CRISPY (Doraditos) Tripe, and my wife loves the Birria. Never lets us down.“

“Had 3 birria tacos flavor just ok they have a salsa bar that had serveral items to choose from. I did like the bar to spice up the tacos. All in all pretty good.
Parking: I was able to park right in front and had ramps for wheelchairs.“

“All food is very good but the star is that Green Chile. You will not find any better. The Breakfast Burritos are to die for. Long lines every morning attest to that. We've can't get over to CO like we used too so we miss it terribly. I wish they still shipped!“
“We had our nieces graduation party at Tradición. The owners of the venue are very friendly and very responsive to us. The venue itself is very nice and is big enough to hold large parties, it has lots of parking too We hope to use their space in the near future.“

“We meet twice a year around 4 pm because the whole place will be packed by 5. The food is authentic and delicious. I love green Chile and El Jardin has the best with ranges of mild to hot. Half n half is perfect. When you go order up one of many great margaritas. The Slacker is my favorite“
