The root vegetable ruben is a consistent menu item, and I think everything else changes. Last time I was here I got the tofu polenta (amazing), and my dad (whom is not vegan) purchased the root vegetable reuben - which he loved and proceeded to praise for the rest of his visit to Denver. I believe Gladys is a must visit restaurant for any traveler and local. There is level of care that goes into this food that cannot be found in many restaurants.
