“I placed an order for delivery and it said my order was picked up but after an hour of waiting I never received it. I called DoorDash and they were giving me the runaround saying I needed to wait longer so I called the store. After speaking with the manager Collin he called DoorDash himself and got my order redelivered within 20 mins. He was so great and that’s how customer service should be! Thank you to the manager who helped me!“

“The food here is Always fresh.. staff is really great! They are extremely helpful .. they are quick and they are accurate... 1000000 percent they deserve a raise!!!

The only two ways to improve this restaurant is.... Have napkins and utensils to eat with either readily available where the customers can reach them or always offer them.....

Secondly, handicap seating is disrespectful! I'm in a wheelchair so all of your tables being so far off of the ground is unacceptable... I'm also a bariatric patient so if you offered at least one but I'd probably say you should have three longer tables that had wide chairs with no rails on them for bariatric patrons, you'd have a whole new audience in here... I'm play bariatric patient and I would like to also say that being a part of this program I am one of 159,000 members... That's 159000 potential customers in the Denver metro area... Are you really willing to not consider them?
Lastly there are healthy options for those who are well informed... However, for beginners or people who don't really know what they are looking to buy you could reach an entire customer base by having a bariatric friendly menu... I've already lost 280 before weight loss surgery... Could you imagine if someone were smart enough to have followed my journey, and made me a spokesperson??? I could've help make an entire brand take off running! I have so many ideas as to how people are not being served... And a lot of real-world experience that should be utilized to make a menu change nation wide... Food for thought corporate...“

“I have been to this subway locations many times. Though my sandwiches have been decent, they have been wildly inconsistent.

Sometimes you get very little vegetables and sometimes you get a decent amount. Same goes with the meat.

Service is the same, I seen where we had excellent service other times it’s one person with a long line (and seen it where a person in the back not helping also)

Quantity of the ingredients has mostly been the same since I have gone here. Every so often it has dropped. I have had horrible stale chips however from here also.

I can’t say oh this is a great subway. You never know what you will get. When it has been good it’s been great, when it’s been not so much it’s noticeable for sure.“

“Walking Denver and looking for lunch. Intrigued by the sandwich description, and appreciated the reviews. The sandwich was exactly as advertised. Sometimes it is nice to do one thing and do it well. Our group did three versions of the sandwich, and all were happy. Only one of us finished the whole thing. The Mexican Coke is a plus as well. Stop in for good eats.“

What makes this place even more special is the staff. They are always so kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful.

I also had a personal experience that really speaks to their character and integrity. I accidentally left my bag at the restaurant, and the team went above and beyond to help me get it back. They were incredibly understanding and made the whole situation stress-free. That level of honesty and care is rare and so appreciated.

“Truly an amazing experience ever time I go, you learn new things about things each and every time you show up. Like this time in particular I learned about the secret menu. Make sure to ask about, That alongside the regular menu. It's a great selection of sandwiches you won't find anywhere else. I would definitely recommend coming in rather by yourself or with a group of friends. Very low-key and friendly crowd and the employees are very helpful to help you make your final selection. I will be coming back again sometime in the near future whenever I'm back to visit Denver. I would definitely recommend this location!!! While the others are very nice as well, this one in particular as a certain type of connection to it that you'll learn the problem soon as you arrive.“
