“Subway is not my favorite sandwich place, but this location deserves a shout out. Due to my own failure to plan, I found myself with a customer visit to which I was supposed to bring lunch for 10 people. It was 7:30am, and lunch was at 11:00! Most of the places I checked didn't even open until the time I was supposed to be arriving with lunch. The website showed that the subway locations opened at 8:30. I started calling around at 7:30, hoping to get lucky. No answers, until I dialed the number for the Prairie Crossing store. Two rings later, I very nice lady answered, and advised me that the store didn't open for another hour. I briefly explained my situation, and she advised that their delivery truck was showing up any minute and would need to be offloaded. I asked if there was another nearby Subway she could recommend, and she said she would take care of me. She took my order for (10) complete boxed lunches before the store was even open, and had them all ready to go prior to our arrival at 10:15. It was very nice to have someone go out of there way to help a customer in need. She certainly bailed me out. I am very grateful for the assist!!“

“They haven't had Italian Herbs and Cheese Bread for several weeks as of this review and that's literally the only bread worth anyone's time so that really sucks but it's always clean and quiet, and I've had a good time ordering my food with no complications. 5 stars if they bring back the Herbs and Cheese bread.Parking: Very good parking“
“Was soooo excited to finally try this place. Everything is made (fried) fresh. I ordered the Fat Cow and was disappointed it didn't have the mac and cheese it claims it has. Other than that, my husband loved his chance, and the kids loved the fried oreos. We will prob be back, and I hope they don't skimp on the mac.“

The place was clean, the service was excellent, the food was fresh and delicious. I was especially impressed with the care they take in preparing and wrapping the food. “Came in yesterday around 3 PM and there was a bit of a line, however the young man behind the counter didn’t fail to keep his cool and stayed in a friendly manner while quickly getting everyone their food & drinks. Definitely can say I will be coming back again, wonderful service! :)“

“I used the app for the first time to order sammies on our way out of town. PERFECT!Every Sammie was built to exact specifications. And they were build very well - nicely wrapped and constructed. They were ready when I popped in, and staff was super friendly. Great experience and I'll def use this location again when I need a fast food option. :)The app had pretty great functionality. One suggestion is to have a "no cheese" option.“
