“I had one of the best Subway experiences thanks to Zusli. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly nice, friendly, and welcoming. She took her time making my sandwich, paid attention to every detail, and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. “I had never heard of Fat Shack but google offered it up.I am so Glad it did! . The owner was super patient when we were deciding what to order and brought the food out when it was ready.
I wish we lived closer as a good cheesesteak is hard find. The kids loved the mozzarella stick sandwich and burgers. If I am ever in the area in the future, I would definitely stop by and eat again.“

“I placed an order for delivery and it said my order was picked up but after an hour of waiting I never received it. I called DoorDash and they were giving me the runaround saying I needed to wait longer so I called the store. After speaking with the manager Collin he called DoorDash himself and got my order redelivered within 20 mins. He was so great and that’s how customer service should be! “This is the best Subway in the Thornton/Reunion area. Josiah is a sandwich artist that goes above and beyond every single time. My husband and I have gone a few times and finally asked for his name since he is always working and helping us. He has incredible work ethic and is super respectful. We appreciate seeing him when we come in. And the perk is this location accepts coupons so we make the extra drive for everything I just stated. :)“
