This place is it. Literally a hole-in-the-wall food truck hidden away in Brighton, and honestly one of the best pupusa spots I’ve ever had. The pupusas are fire—perfectly crisp on the outside, melty and flavorful on the inside. But what took it to the next level was the curtido and salsa. The curtido was fresh, tangy, and just the right amount of crunch. And the salsa? So damn good I could drink it. Not watery, not too spicy—just packed with real flavor.

If you’re even thinking about trying it, do it. It’s that kind of place you want to gatekeep but can’t because everyone deserves this kind of food.”

“Took the family for a quick dinner and one of the happy meals hamburger was made wrong. The owner or store manager overhear us talking and without even going to the counter came to us and asked what was wrong. She immediately had a new hamburger made and delivered it to us. On our way out we thanked her again and told her we had brought our son in for his birthday meal. She told us to wait so she could get him something and came back with a bag of cookies. What great customer service! We will be sure to return to this McDonald's. Thank you for taking care of us!”

“Hello everyone as iam writing this review I had a carnitas torta it was good food but the service was not to good so you order and pay before you eat which is ok. Then they bring you the food to the table . But our waiter never came back to see if we needed anything or check on us . Think that if there waiters check on there customers they be in better shape just my humble opinion”

They didn't charge a fee for the space, they had several options for food, and they had everything set up and ready to go by time our party started. I highly recommend Copper Rail to anyone who is throwing or hosting a large party. They are very accommodating and they took great care of everyone in our group for a very reasonable price.”

The food is more than bar food.
The wings, green chili are what you would expect. Thick juicy wings. Meaty green chili that is as expected. Spicy and full of pork, and flavor. The onion rings are served hot and fresh..
But make sure you ask for dipping sauce.”

“I drive from Boulder to eat here. As an East Coast transplant accustomed to spectacular NE Chinese food (iykyk), the Chinese food in Colorado is abysmal. Heaven Dragon is the only place I can eat anything on the menu and not leave disappointed. Sure other places have good fried rice or lo meon, but this is the place to go if you want to enjoy a whole meal. Service is great as well.”

“We met some friends for dinner outside at Simply pizza at the Run Westy Run Food Truck Park. It’s awesome pizza! We ordered four different pizzas and they were all delicious. The kids ran around and played the outdoor games while while we listened to music and enjoyed our pizza. It was awesome! Highly recommend, but kinda want it to stay a hidden gem.”

The staff was also extremely kind, they kept checking in on us even after we had been sitting down for a while to ensure we didn't need anything else.

Their breakfast burritos were cheap, and the best in Brighton, Colorado! I give this establishment a 10 out of 10 people!! VISIT your local Santiago's whenever you get chance! Try the smothered green chili burrito!”

“Swung by this Wendy’s after runnin around town and it did the job. Burger come out hot, fries was fresh enough, and my drink was cold, so I walked out with a full belly. “Was not having a great day, ordered 4 drinks for my kids and I, my daughter promptly spilled all of them getting in the car. The manager and team were so kind, they offered to help with the mess and remade my drinks free of charge immediately to get me on my way. I could not be more thankful. That was a lot of money and of course it was on the way to school so I didn’t have much time. They were absolutely amazing and made the situation a little less stressful for my poor daughter!!!”

“I was shopping at Target and decided to stop at the Starbucks in the store and get a drink. Starbucks are everywhere and I get the same drink a vanilla bean frap with caramel throughout the cup and on top. The cashier asked if I wanted extra caramel so I said yes. I was thinking a teaspoon or so. I mean they don’t give you much anyway so extra is great.
Well holly cow! I got a cup of caramel with some whipped cream. I don’t know if the barista was being a smart a$$ of what but come on!
The line was long so I could not have them remake it. I figured I could just pull my straw up and not drink from the pool of caramel in my cup. Wrong. It was so sweet and gross I just threw it away and told myself I did not need the calories. I guess I made a $6 donations to Starbucks today!”
