Had Chef in a Box at the Castle Rock home show, and was blown away!! I had the Gouda Bacon Burger, no bun, and they put it in a lettuce wrap, which was amazing!! My husband had the Buffalo Brat and said it was excellent! The fries were some of the best I've had in a long time!! They are at the Lowes on Buckley and the Lowes on Colfax, and will definitely be stopping by to have them on a regular basis!! On top of the food being excellent, so was the customer service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
They recently upgraded to a food trailer here from their hot dog cart. Lots more offerings here the french fries and burritos are totally outstanding. Damien and Vanessa are wonderful people and they truly care about their customers. Do your taste buds a favor and get in here as soon as possible.
