I just want to give a HUGE shoutout to the Dutch Bros team on hwy 7! You all truly stand out for your amazing customer service, sweet smiles, and genuine joy! Especially at 5:00 AM! Honestly, any time of the day.

The staff here was above and beyond!! I work with folks with disabilities and I brought by one of my gals. She asked for stickers but they were out. A very sweet man went back to his locker and got her some! Will 10/10 be back! How wonderful, made her day!

Dutch Bros Coffee is a location with mixed experiences. The staff is often described as absolutely amazing, super nice, caring, welcoming, and easy to talk to, especially in the mornings. Some customers report that employees remember their regular drinks and bring people smiles. However, service can be a 50/50 hit or miss, particularly in the afternoons. While some afternoons offer great, friendly experiences, other times the staff hasn't been as welcoming and customers have felt treated like a burden. There are also reports of employees having an attitude.
Wait times are a common point of feedback. The drive-thru can have a long wait, with some customers waiting 10-15 minutes at the window even during non-peak times. While rushes are understood, the location could benefit from a better plan to manage busy periods. Order accuracy is inconsistent; beverages are sometimes served iced when ordered blended, drinks are the wrong color, or toppings like strawberry are very small. Some customers feel they are overcharged compared to other locations.
Despite the issues, many customers love the coffee and cold drinks, which are called amazing. The new muffin cookies are also enjoyed. Overall, while some have had very bad experiences leading them to visit other branches, others frequent the location regularly, appreciating the team's effort and the tasty drinks, especially in the summer.
