Deyna was super kind and sweet I went in today and got a drink and was super happy did not get argued with at all I had an experience early on in the year where I did not want to come to this location anymore. The new staff definitely changed my mind more welcoming than the old ones.
I love everyone here! I am very sad because Starbucks changed the chai recipe. The baristas have been trying so many different combinations to make it taste the way it did, they truly had been amazing with all their effort. But it’s not the same and I will have to go somewhere else to find a drink I like.

The lead Cheray at Starbucks is amazing i’m not sure if that’s how you spell her name it might be sheray but she is absolutely amazing. Great with customer service and will absolutely address anything wrong with your drink or the customer service couldn’t be happier to go back to the location, in fact, just moving back to Brighton might start using this location a lot more just because it seems like they really care about their customers and their opinions on their drinks
