To be honest, I took my kid for like the second time ever in his life and I was reminded why we dont come here. You have to order from a machine, its not straight forward. Then napkins, ketchup, etc are handed out only if you ask for them (as you can imagine with a kid, you have to ask for these), and only one place to talk to a human about your order.

Overall, McDonald's presents a convenient dining option with room for improvement in food consistency and pricing.
