I didn’t get what I ordered, I live about 15 miles away but wanted their wings and red beans and rice so I drove alll the way over to the drive thru to get an order of wings, red beans and rice plus 2 biscuits. Did not check the order before leaving since the drive thru was backed up so when I got home I saw that I didn’t get what I ordered. Called the manager and all he had to say was he was sorry. Went to dine in around 8:30 pm, took a few minutes for them to take our order. We ordered a chicken sandwich combo and a chicken tender combo which took 30 minutes!! They did say it would be about a 10 minute wait which was fine but 30 minutes was ridiculous. This location has horrible service. I won’t be back here again. And the food was meh. The Mac and cheese was almost burnt. Yuck!!
Was missing my red beans and rice a large order last time I was here I called it in spoke to a manager and she said she was gonna write my name down for next time. Well I came today and they said my name wa never written down and that socks we all pay for our food and for it to be in the bag sucks when u don't get compensated
