We went in to get one of our elderly family members some chicken legs. We through the drive thru around 6:30. They told us it was a 15 minute wait. Didn’t end up leaving with our chicken around 7:10.
I ordered a 24-pack of wings with two different flavors, but I only received 16 wings, and 6 of them had the wrong sauce. I also ordered a shrimp box, but it was not included in the bag, so I had to go back to the restaurant to pick it up. After getting home, I realized I was still missing 8 wings.

I ordered online for pickup and yet they made me wait an extra 20 minutes when I got there, even though my order was just for 24 pieces of wings. Once I got home, I was shorted four wings, the seasoning only to sit on top of one side of the wings, and not getting any of my sauces. I wasn't going to drive back to get four wings and sauce so I sent a complaint through the app to only get points.
