“I don't go to Starbucks as much as I used to, and as a former employee, I pay attention to a lot of little things just out of habit! The store was busy today, but I was still greeted immediately! The girl that took my order was patient as my kids told her which cake pops they wanted and I got a Triple Grande Carmel Brulee and it was hands down the best drink I've had all year. “I love everyone here! I am very sad because Starbucks changed the chai recipe. The baristas have been trying so many different combinations to make it taste the way it did, they truly had been amazing with all their effort. But it’s not the same and I will have to go somewhere else to find a drink I like.
If corporate sees this, last week I had over 7,000 stars. I am a very loyal customer and I will be going somewhere else to spend money. It sure would have been nice if you were going to change it that you had an actual replacement that was the same.“
