“I have always been a huge fan of their green chili bagels, however today was extra special. I went in to purchase doggie bagels for my pup's birthday and they asked me if my dogs were with me. After I responded yes they brought me two pop cups and added two extra doggie bagels on top to celebrate. It was a lovely surprise and my two pups loved them!“

“Not sure if this is the right place to leave this review.

I purchased the Aspen Gold about two years ago or so and it has ruined every other coffee
for me. I cant go back to anything else.

It is the only thing I buy now...

I never get tired of it. It has to be the whole bean. Once its freshly grinded, there is no other comparison.

I ordered the yogurt parfait and it was delicious. My husband got a breakfast burrito and said it was pretty good but not the best he's ever had. He thought the wrap was too thick/ doughy.

“I came early on a sunday morning around six o'clock and was greeted by a lovely young lady who was in a good mood and gave great service. It's refreshing, to interact with food service employees who enjoy their job and enjoy helping people.“

“I don't make it to this location often, but I make a point to visit this Ziggi's when I'm here. It's a drive through, but there's some seating outside. The service is top notch, customer service seems to be important to staff and it shows. I get the original Chai latte. It's better than bigger coffee chains. I also get the bacon breakfast burrito with green chili. It hits the spot every time, so, so good. In an increasingly unfriendly, detached world, this Ziggi's is like an oasis. Love them!! ❤“

The drinks are always delicious, the atmosphere is great, and the customer service is always friendly and welcoming. I also wanted to give a special shoutout to Trent and Tatum for being such great employees and making Dutch Bros a place I always enjoy coming back to. It’s always nice to see friendly faces and have great customer service when stopping in. “I don't go to Starbucks as much as I used to, and as a former employee, I pay attention to a lot of little things just out of habit! The store was busy today, but I was still greeted immediately! The girl that took my order was patient as my kids told her which cake pops they wanted and I got a Triple Grande Carmel Brulee and it was hands down the best drink I've had all year. “Kaitlynn(sp) is the sweetest person! We were hit by a lady running a red light at Tower and 104th. She sent out ice water to my husband and two boys as well as the other lady. It was extremely hot and overwhelming. We ended up having to wait in their lobby for our ride. She checked on us, gave us ice for an injury my husband sustained and took care of my kids with some drinks and a brownie. In the world today, we need more people like her. She eased our shock and hurt with love and kindness. She deserves a raise, promotion or all the above!!“

“What a wonderful French-Korean bakery! The quality of the pastries here is excellent, the ambiance is very pleasant, and the service was great. Also enjoyed the coffee. “My roommate and I went there and LOVED it. A medium drink, a large drink, two food items, and a tip didn't even come up to $25. The drinks weren't overly sweet, and the food was delicious. My only complaint was the music was super loud. I could understand them, but it was super distracting. This is already my new favorite coffee place.“

“I had one of those moments today that completely restores your faith in people and customer service. I placed a pickup order through the drive-thru and, when I pulled up, realized I had accidentally ordered from the wrong Dutch Bros location. I mentioned it at the window, fully expecting to have to cancel, reorder, or pull off to the side since I was already running late for work.

Instead, the young man at the window smiled and said, “No worries, we’ll just make the drinks anyway.” I had ordered three drinks, and he made all of them without hesitation and without charging me again, saying I had already paid. No stress. No awkwardness. Just genuine kindness.

It honestly made my entire day. I was in a rush, a little flustered, and that simple act of grace meant more than he probably realizes. I work in the service industry myself, so I know what true hospitality looks like, and this was it. This is exactly the kind of service I try to teach my own team: meet people with understanding, flexibility, and a good heart.

I don’t know his name, but he was working the window just a few minutes ago today, and I truly hope this review gets back to him. The world needs more moments like that, more people who go out of their way to create unforgettable hospitality. Thank you, Dutch Bros, for hiring people like him. “Loved the pleasant atmosphere at the Orchard Hills Peet's Coffee. Although all the inside seats were taken by computer users, we were quite happy to enjoy the beautiful day on the patio since we didn't need to use our computers.“

I normally don’t write complaints in my reviews, however today I was disappointed in the service and how rude one of the workers was, and how long it took to get our drinks today (like 20 min). She was the one wearing glasses (the other worker was great) and when we inquired about the bubble waffles (we were ordering well before 8:30 which the sign by the register said you can order by 8:30) she was incredibly rude about it and said they couldn’t make it even though they were actively making one right then and there. I totally understand if that’s the policy or if you’re out of the product but she was very mean about it and arguing about it with me when I simply just asked why they couldn’t serve it when it was well before 8:30 and if they weren’t out of stock. Please don’t advertise that you will sell an item before a certain time if you can’t commit to that or just don’t want to make it. I was really disappointed by what felt like false advertising.“
