“I rarely write reviews, but this spot deserves one. This was honestly the best coffee I’ve had in years. I’m not from Denver, I had just gotten off a flight and happened to come across this place.

I decided to try the empanadas, and they were easily some of the best I’ve ever had. So good that I came back Sunday morning before my flight just to get them again. Unfortunately, they were still being made and with the TSA line being crazy, I couldn’t wait. But I would have waited for them .

Instead, I tried the tres leches flan, and wow. It tasted just like home.

This place ended up being one of the highlights of my trip. If you’re in Denver, don’t miss it.“

“Back on November 6th my wife and I went to this establishment to eat Pho, because it was cold and snowing that day. Little did I know it was going to be the best Pho I ever ate at a restaurant. “My roommate and I went there and LOVED it. A medium drink, a large drink, two food items, and a tip didn't even come up to $25. The drinks weren't overly sweet, and the food was delicious. My only complaint was the music was super loud. I could understand them, but it was super distracting. This is already my new favorite coffee place.“

“Kaitlynn(sp) is the sweetest person! We were hit by a lady running a red light at Tower and 104th. She sent out ice water to my husband and two boys as well as the other lady. It was extremely hot and overwhelming. We ended up having to wait in their lobby for our ride. She checked on us, gave us ice for an injury my husband sustained and took care of my kids with some drinks and a brownie. In the world today, we need more people like her. She eased our shock and hurt with love and kindness. She deserves a raise, promotion or all the above!!“

“I had one of those moments today that completely restores your faith in people and customer service. I placed a pickup order through the drive-thru and, when I pulled up, realized I had accidentally ordered from the wrong Dutch Bros location. I mentioned it at the window, fully expecting to have to cancel, reorder, or pull off to the side since I was already running late for work.

Instead, the young man at the window smiled and said, “No worries, we’ll just make the drinks anyway.” I had ordered three drinks, and he made all of them without hesitation and without charging me again, saying I had already paid. No stress. No awkwardness. Just genuine kindness.

It honestly made my entire day. I was in a rush, a little flustered, and that simple act of grace meant more than he probably realizes. I work in the service industry myself, so I know what true hospitality looks like, and this was it. This is exactly the kind of service I try to teach my own team: meet people with understanding, flexibility, and a good heart.

I don’t know his name, but he was working the window just a few minutes ago today, and I truly hope this review gets back to him. “I love everyone here! I am very sad because Starbucks changed the chai recipe. The baristas have been trying so many different combinations to make it taste the way it did, they truly had been amazing with all their effort. But it’s not the same and I will have to go somewhere else to find a drink I like.
If corporate sees this, last week I had over 7,000 stars. I am a very loyal customer and I will be going somewhere else to spend money. It sure would have been nice if you were going to change it that you had an actual replacement that was the same.“

“I could never put into words the all around amazing experience we had at this hotel. The staff is PHENOMENAL, especially John at customer service. I and my 3 children were stranded in airports for 4 straight days with no end in sight. Denver was not our intended destination, nor did we know the Gaylord Rockies hotel even existed before the airline offered us a voucher for the hotel. We showed up on Christmas Eve, begging the staff to help me save Christmas for my children. John, the front desk staff, and the ticketing staff didn’t even hesitate to do everything they could to give us the best experience possible.
