“I had one of those moments today that completely restores your faith in people and customer service. I placed a pickup order through the drive-thru and, when I pulled up, realized I had accidentally ordered from the wrong Dutch Bros location. I mentioned it at the window, fully expecting to have to cancel, reorder, or pull off to the side since I was already running late for work.

Instead, the young man at the window smiled and said, “No worries, we’ll just make the drinks anyway.” I had ordered three drinks, and he made all of them without hesitation and without charging me again, saying I had already paid. No stress. No awkwardness. Just genuine kindness.

It honestly made my entire day. I was in a rush, a little flustered, and that simple act of grace meant more than he probably realizes. I work in the service industry myself, so I know what true hospitality looks like, and this was it. This is exactly the kind of service I try to teach my own team: meet people with understanding, flexibility, and a good heart.

I don’t know his name, but he was working the window just a few minutes ago today, and I truly hope this review gets back to him. “What a wonderful French-Korean bakery! The quality of the pastries here is excellent, the ambiance is very pleasant, and the service was great. Also enjoyed the coffee.
