I was in the area so I thought I'd give Ziggi's another go. I really like the comfortable seating area here, it's a nicer layout than other locations with couches and comfy chairs. But unfortunately, Ziggis was a let down again in terms of service and quality. The staff were unfriendly, they messed up my order and were snippy about it when I politely asked them to fix it. When my drink was remade, the espresso was still sour tasting. I don't think these baristas want to be here....read full review

When I first received my drinks this morning they were not filled up, even halfway, I asked the gal at the window if that was typical, and she said yeah, it really depends on who is making the drink to which I responded that’s odd because I tend to get drinks almost every day and they’ve never been a full she said I will remake them and was kind and understanding, you could tell she was embarrassed about the product.
