I was in the area so I thought I'd give Ziggi's another go. I really like the comfortable seating area here, it's a nicer layout than other locations with couches and comfy chairs. But unfortunately, Ziggis was a let down again in terms of service and quality. The staff were unfriendly, they messed up my order and were snippy about it when I politely asked them to fix it. When my drink was remade, the espresso was still sour tasting. I don't think these baristas want to be here. With so many other options in the area, sadly, I'm going to give Ziggis a miss from now on.

I have been wanting to try Ziggys and went out of my way before a doc appointment to get to one.I wanted to go in because I did not know what I wanted. Not only was I ignored for a good few minutes, the girl then finally says she will be right with me. Looks like maybe not enough help. I waited 5 minutes to order. No one else was inside. They were helping the drive up only. At least 5 cars were helped before me in the shop. I feel like this could have been handled better instead of ignoring 1 customer. Not exactly friendly either. Just kind of bummed and not the experience I was hoping for.

When I first received my drinks this morning they were not filled up, even halfway, I asked the gal at the window if that was typical, and she said yeah, it really depends on who is making the drink to which I responded that’s odd because I tend to get drinks almost every day and they’ve never been a full she said I will remake them and was kind and understanding, you could tell she was embarrassed about the product. Amaya made it right and was kind and professional throughout the interaction, she is the type of employee you want to keep.

We have been here a few times now and overall, it the experiences have been pretty good. The service is the best part! They have always been so friendly here and seem like they like to work there. The coffees are fairly good, but not the best coffee I have ever had. They have a lot of fun flavors to chose from. I like the salted caramel, but not the campfire. The coffees are also pretty expensive, we got two larges, and the total came out to close to $20. It is a fun place to try, but not a place I will regularly go.
