We used to visit this location weekly and the staff were always friendly. I only stop here about once a month or less in the last 6 months. There is always different staff now. Today my husband had a few requests of his 1 drink and we ordered 2 other drinks with no adds just requested light ice in them. We could tell the order taker wasn't happy about our requests and husband had to ask twice for her to put these requests on the order board. All of our macchiato’s were not given...read full review
