After the initial 20 minute drive thru visit we had to immediately go back and gather the other half of the order they forgot (it was not a large order whatsoever) and we had out ice cream melting as this went on, they then tried to charge me for what they did not give us. Total time in the drive thru was close to 40 minutes for both runs through it. After arriving at home I unwrapped my burger to find it was not the correct burger.
