Not only did Thornton Crumbl send me an entire replacement box of cookies but they also gave me a refund. That's the kind of customer service experience that makes a happy customer for life. “I've been wanting to visit because not too many places sell Aguas Frescas near me. There were no customers, but I was attended to immediately. The clerk told me what flavors they offered, and I had an opportunity to talk about the history of the restaurant. She had a tip jar with a two dollar bill in it. I asked if she could exchange it for an electronic tip. She replied, no, because it was their lucky two dollar bill but then told me they had three total, but someone stole the other two. (Not sure why they don't just frame it and display it on their back wall?). The cucumber lime refreshment is delicious, and I can't wait to return and try their other flavors.“

I like that the flavor is consistent throughout their locations and so is the good customer service they provide!I've been a customer for 10+ years and they're still one of my favorite burger joints. I just wish they had a location up north in Colorado, so I didn't have to drive almost 30mins to the nearest location.“

“Really clean and the staff was super friendly. Don't go here expecting cheap, it's about $1 per ounce. My family of four was $56 but there were a lot of yogurt flavor choices and the topping options were great. Most importantly everything was clean and well kept. Nice treat for the family.“

“I've been to a few local Crumbl's and this is, by far, the best location. The staff is friendly and efficient. My online orders are always promptly made. I drive out of my way to come here over the other locations. I came opening day and will continue visiting. The owners must be doing a phenomenal job to keep the standards set so high from day one!“
