โThis place was unbelievable. I walked in and was blown away by the variety of items including popsicles, ice creams and lots of other sweet treats. I want to acknowledge the guys working, they were beyond generous, helpful, and friendly. They took time to talk with us, offer us many samples and give feedback on flavors and teach us about the culture and history of “Michoacana”. They made the whole experience a vibe, they were fun! Shout out to Miguel, Jose and Axel!โ
โI. Love. Hรคagen-Dazs. After the remodel this place looks spectacular. It definitely brings a whole new life to this food court. The service is nothing but amazing. Even on the days where Iโm not at my best, a peppermint bark milkshake always cheers me up and so does the workers. At this point I should wire my bank account straight to here! Iโve been coming here for years and I am happy to say that it still lives up to my expectations every single Tuesday Thursday and Sunday when I go. Thank you Hรคagen-Dazs! โค๏ธโ

โCrumbl Cookie Superior is a clean, inviting shop that keeps things fresh with new cookie flavors every week. Though a bit pricey ($10 for 3 mini cookies), the Pink Wedding Cake and Peanut Butter Ice Cream cookies were amazing. Definitely worth 5 stars!โ
โNormally I really like Dairy Queen, but wish they would require customers to wear a mask while in the store. It was kindof gross to see people standing in there without one. And the manager had one on but not covering her nose or mouth. Ewwww...โ

โSo grateful for Ben who helped us out. We have a gift card to coldstone which is why we went out for ice cream tonight. Went through the whole process ordering- naturally excited and the gift card isn’t working. We called and made sure there is enough on the gift card and turns out they have trouble with these gift cards often. Luckily Ben was kind and let us have the ice cream. Thanks for making the best of an awkward situation. Hopefully the gift card situation gets fixed.โ

โStopping by for Free Cone Day on March 19th was a fantastic experience, even with the significantly higher customer volume! While the atmosphere was definitely crowded, the high energy and a fast-moving line made the wait much shorter than anticipated. The service was especially impressive; the staff remained upbeat, efficient, and organized despite the high-pressure environment. It is great to find such perfect consistency in quality compared to out-of-state locations, delivering that same creamy, iconic soft-serve every time. โMici's is great. I recently had to call MIci's because I hadn't received my order and discovered that it was listed as delivered. I have mobility issues and couldn't go around the neighborhood to find it so the manager sent one of his employees to my house to find the order for me. They were pleasant, kind, and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my order was taken care of. Mici's gave me such good customer service, and I am so thankful to have them in my neighborhood.โ

โHuge shoutout to Carly at the Lafayette Dairy Queen! I wanted a SpongeBob-themed ice cream cake for my 34th birthday, even though I'm an adult, and she completely embraced the idea instead of making me feel silly. She was so accommodating, creative, and went above and beyond to make exactly what I had in mind.
The cake turned out even better than I imagined! I loved all the little details, especially the adorable Patrick on the side, the jellyfish, and SpongeBob himself. You can tell she put a lot of care into it, and it made my birthday feel extra special.
Not only was the cake absolutely adorable, but it was delicious too. Thank you, Carly, for making my SpongeBob birthday dreams come true! I couldn't have been happier with it! 💛🍍🌊โ
