I love this place so much! The staff is always so kind and welcoming and last time I went in Katie C. made my ice cream and checked me out and she was so helpful when I asked for recommendations. Definitely recommend Coldstone to everyone!
There I was on a hot summer day. Deprived of sweetness. When off in the distance something amazing caught my eye. The sign of "Coldstone Creamery" I imeadeatly ran to the store as fast as I could. I don't often leave reviews, but I was blown away by the customer service provided at this Cold Stone. We all know Cold Stone ice cream is AMAZING, but what you don't expect is to get the small, mom-and-pop ice cream shop feeling from a chain. The managers went out of their way (literally) to correct a mistake I made on a custom cake order. Their kindness saved my husband's birthday! The cake was beautiful and delicious. Thank you Petey and team.
