The recent reviews mention a helpful staff member named John who provided great recommendations for picky kids. Customers also note the fast and friendly service, as well as the convenient parking and nice shopping center location. While there was an unusual horse-like smell inside, the ice cream itself was reported to be tasty with no other complaints.
