Ever since I found this cold stone I occasionally pop in on my way home from work and after the third time there she remembered me and my order (is it bad to be a regular at cold stone? I tell myself it could be worse) She is so attentive to the customers and always has a welcoming smile on her face even when she’s running around helping people or replacing the ice creams. 11/10 hire, she’s truly the best!!! If I could give more than five stars I would!!!“

“I came here with my kids and the staff was so nice! There was a blonde gal with flower tattoos working there that was so kind to this frazzled mama and my 2 famished toddlers. She answered all my ridiculous questions (it was our first time there) and was amazingly patient while I tried to grab the 3 of us our cups while wrangling up my kids! I do wish there were more flavor options available but that aside this was an amazing experience! I'll definitely be coming back!“

“5-stars for Kelli! We come to this location about once a month and never have any issues. We had an order this past weekend that missed an item that we had requested for substitution... Not a huge deal and I am not the person to complain for something so small.... Kelli took the time to personally email us about our experience, and when I mentioned the tiny error with our order, she went above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Will surely come back to this location for that alone. (For reference we live between here and belmar locations, so this definitely makes a difference for which direction we choose in the future)“
