“I always have great service when here, the staff is amazing. the packaging not so much. when we buy individual glazed we are fine. decided to buy a voodoo dozen for the kids. there was one liner in the whole box. so the grape ape seemed to melt and spread over everything. I trashed half a box I purchased for over$30 because no one would eat them. I was going to drive back out there with the box but it's just out of the way“

“5-stars for Kelli! We come to this location about once a month and never have any issues. We had an order this past weekend that missed an item that we had requested for substitution... Not a huge deal and I am not the person to complain for something so small.... Kelli took the time to personally email us about our experience, and when I mentioned the tiny error with our order, she went above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Will surely come back to this location for that alone. (For reference we live between here and belmar locations, so this definitely makes a difference for which direction we choose in the future)“

“So grateful for Ben who helped us out. We have a gift card to coldstone which is why we went out for ice cream tonight. Went through the whole process ordering- naturally excited and the gift card isn’t working. We called and made sure there is enough on the gift card and turns out they have trouble with these gift cards often. Luckily Ben was kind and let us have the ice cream. Thanks for making the best of an awkward situation. Hopefully the gift card situation gets fixed.“

“I came here with my kids and the staff was so nice! There was a blonde gal with flower tattoos working there that was so kind to this frazzled mama and my 2 famished toddlers. She answered all my ridiculous questions (it was our first time there) and was amazingly patient while I tried to grab the 3 of us our cups while wrangling up my kids! I do wish there were more flavor options available but that aside this was an amazing experience! I'll definitely be coming back!“

“The ice cream flavors were great as usual. Although something weird did happen. When my wife gave me what I ordered, she thought that the person who took her order misunderstood and gave her a bigger size in one of the cups. But we realized that it was the small cup inside the next size, so we were charged more than what we actually received. I went back inside to complain and the guy (not the same from before) refunded me more than $10; he gave me more than what we paid extra, which also felt weird.“
