I ordered an ice cream cake online in advanced for my mother’s birthday. I didn’t realize this store would be closed for renovations during the time I needed the cake to be delivered, however Kelli and Petey reached out to me to figure out a solution and had my cake made at a different location. They even went out of their way to hand deliver it to my mother. She loved the cake! I’m very grateful for the excellent customer service and just plain kindness they showed me....read full review

Very nice group of young people working here! The line was very long and they were all polite and not acting like the customers were a bother like many food places do. I will say though that the waffle cones were awful. Extremely hard and they tasted like pumpkin spice for some reason.

Literally best experience I've ever had with a restaurant in my life. ???When I had issues with 3rd party delivery support, Madison & Petey made sure the issues were resolved, & then both individually called me back to confirm the resolution with the delivery companies.Madison & Petey, thank you so much for the positive experience and above-&-beyond customer service. 5 stars isn't even enough. I'll order again soon!
