Even though they were under staffed, they were very fast & accommodating to everyone.
i came in with my whole family around 9 which was really busy surprisingly. however the employees got to us very quickly and the ice cream was really good

Cold Stone Creamery is known for its exceptional customer service. The staff is always super friendly, very accommodating, and goes above and beyond. The location is very clean. While the waffle cones may not meet expectations, the ice cream cakes are a hit and ordering cakes has never been easier. The cake decorators do an amazing job. Customers love to get the cake batter shake with the yellow cake pieces blended in. Overall, Cold Stone Creamery is a top-notch destination for a sweet treat with fast, accurate service.
