Great staff, great food!!
Unfortunately, my experience at Texas Roadhouse last night was disappointing. The service was poor, and the food was inconsistent. Our waiter seemed overwhelmed and was short with us when we asked for a straw and when we had issues with our meal. The salads were not fresh, and my 6-ounce Dallas medium was overcooked. EVERY TIME I ORDER PICK UP THE RIBS ARE BURNT SERVICE AT PICK UP WINDOW IS BAD. DO NO ASK FOR EXTRA BUTTER FOR BUNS YOU WILL NOT GET BUT 1 LITTLE CONTAINER. FRIES WERE SPARSE AND COVERED BY SAUCE FROM RIBS UGH UGH !!!!!!!!!!!
