“We recently visited Smok and tried a variety of their offerings. We ordered two brisket sandwiches, one hot chicken sandwich, and the brisket queso with chips, along with sides of French fries, mac and cheese, and cornbread.

Let me start by saying the brisket was absolutely delicious. They don’t hold back on portions—it was juicy, tender, and packed with flavor, tasting great even without BBQ sauce. If you love brisket, this place will not disappoint.

The hot chicken sandwich, on the other hand, is definitely not for the faint of heart. It’s extremely spicy, so if you’re not into heat, I’d recommend steering clear. However, if you love spice, it’s a must-try!

As for the sides, the French fries were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside—exactly how fries should be. The brisket queso was rich and flavorful, pairing well with the chips. The mac and cheese and cornbread were good too, but the real stars of the meal were the brisket and fries.

We also got three small drinks and appreciated the fountain drink option with unlimited refills. The total came to $85.40, which is a bit on the pricey side for a casual meal. While the food was fantastic and we’re definitely planning to come back, it won’t be a regular spot for us due to the cost.

“I came in for lunch and had no idea what to expect. ordered the one meat plate with fried chicken wings, corn on the cob, & potato salad. The corn on the cob & potato salad were both delicious but let's talk about the star, the wings! There were 5 large, deliciously seasoned & breaded fried wings served with a honey bourbon sauce on the side. The wings were fried to perfection. The skin was crispy & the meat was juicy! I will definitely recommend and come try a new dish next time!“

“I was born and raised in KCMO, where BBQ is taken seriously. We have made it our mission to find the best BBQ in the Thornton/Denver area. We've gone to a lot of places, but lo and behold, the best BBQ came to us when we discovered this little gem of a food truck parked up the street from us. Everything we have had here has been top notch. The meats are infused with a wonderful smokey flavor, and seasoned/sauced perfectly. The beans are some of the best I have had. Mario is one of the nicest, friendliest people you could ever want to meet. If you're looking for some exceptional BBQ I highly recommend this truck.“

“Struggling with a rating at this location because in years past we've eaten at other locations while out west and have fond memories of the BBQ. I think the one thing is the condition of this location. Looking in the dining area it looks very run down. The lead picture in Google for this location is not a picture of the actual location. The food was OK. Prices are up everywhere but $16 for a fairly average-size sandwich ($20 with a small side of coleslaw) seemed high. We came in 30 min before closing and maybe that contributed to things. I hate to say it, but if I tried Brothers again, I'd go to another location.“
