We've gone to a lot of places, but lo and behold, the best BBQ came to us when we discovered this little gem of a food truck parked up the street from us. Everything we have had here has been top notch. The meats are infused with a wonderful smokey flavor, and seasoned/sauced perfectly. The beans are some of the best I have had. Mario is one of the nicest, friendliest people you could ever want to meet. If you're looking for some exceptional BBQ I highly recommend this truck.“

“The prime brisket is best in Denver and we've tried most of it. Even the lean brisket is amazingly moist and you don't need sauce (although their sauce is really good too). Try the Texas links with the light colored sauce they include... rich rich sausage contrasts wonderful with the sauce. They have some of the most interesting cuts in town especially if you're looking for something a little unusual.“

“I first heard about and went to Post Oak with my daughter and son-in-law last year and was surprised to find such great bbq here in Denver! It’s actually been a little while since I’ve been over there, but a new coworker who has recently moved to Denver and lives in Highlands, asked me about restaurants and I recommended you. He loves it! Recently I swung by to take the Post up on the fantastic coupon offer for a free pulled pork sandwich. It is quite a distance from where I live (Aurora), but definitely worth the drive. It was piled high with the tender pork and those wonderful onion rings! The side of fried okra completed the meal perfectly! Thank you so much for a great lunch (and dinner). See you again soon!“

“Jesus this place is simply fantastic. My wife and I got take out I got the brisket and ribs, she got the pulled pork. Everything was so delicious. Seriously some of the best barbecue I’ve ever had.

I know barbecue will be expensive. It’s meat and it takes hours of work to get a final product. I don’t mind paying for this quality of food. I’ll be telling everyone that will listen about GQue.

“We recently had this AMAZING restaurant cater our wedding party and HOLY COW! They went above and beyond. They supplied the food truck so my guests could easily get their food instead of catered style and it was a huge hit!!! I want to thank the two employees who helped us out especially Tony (I hope I'm getting his name right) but he went above and beyond making sure all my guests were happy, checked in with me multiple times throughout the evening, and even packed extra food for my new husband and I to take home. It was the best decision hiring them and I would do it again in a heartbeat. THANK YOU!!!“

The husband & wife team who run the place are gifted chefs, as well as friendly, helpful, and very hard working, as is the rest of the small staff. This storefront restaurant has now become solidly and regularly very busy, which it well deserves. Try it, and try multiple dishes on and off the menu.
