I was born and raised in KCMO, where BBQ is taken seriously. We have made it our mission to find the best BBQ in the Thornton/Denver area. We've gone to a lot of places, but lo and behold, the best BBQ came to us when we discovered this little gem of a food truck parked up the street from us. Best bbq around! Ribs are fall off the bone delicious!!! The sides are as good as the meats. Mario is indeed a rising entrepreneur. Besides having great food he is truly a very caring individual. Have dinner there. You won't be disappointed.
