Smok Barbecue is a popular dining spot known for its authentic and fresh barbecue flavors. Guests have praised the moist and flavorful brisket, with some calling it the best brisket sandwich they have ever had. The brisket burrito is another standout dish, noted for its size and deliciousness. The menu also features pulled pork sandwiches, smoked turkey, cheddar sausage, and baby back ribs, all of which have received positive feedback. Sides like potato tots, coleslaw, and sweet beans complement the main dishes well.
The atmosphere is enhanced by attentive staff, particularly a bartender named Christian, who is highlighted for his excellent service. The Brighton cocktail is recommended for its perfect blend of fruit and liquor, and the banana pudding is a must-try dessert.
While most experiences are positive, some guests have mentioned issues with online ordering and payment processing. Parking is convenient, with the first hour free and reasonable rates thereafter. Overall, Smok Barbecue is recommended as a great addition to any visit to Denver.
