Every dish we’ve tried for more than a year has been richly flavored, well executed, and served at an ideal temperature. The husband & wife team who run the place are gifted chefs, as well as friendly, helpful, and very hard working, as is the rest of the small staff. This storefront restaurant has now become solidly and regularly very busy, which it well deserves. Try it, and try multiple dishes on and off the menu. These folks are running a top small restaurant, and their success is based on all the right things. Kudos to the Westminster Uncle Henry’s!“

“Wonderfully little mom and pop Cantonese BBQ spot. I prefer this place over takeaway American Chinese food when I'm hungry in a pinch. I like the Char Shu, Roast Pork, Soy Sauce Chicken, and Spicy Tofu. The owners are very nice, work hard, and serve great food.“

“I was born and raised in KCMO, where BBQ is taken seriously. We have made it our mission to find the best BBQ in the Thornton/Denver area. We've gone to a lot of places, but lo and behold, the best BBQ came to us when we discovered this little gem of a food truck parked up the street from us. Everything we have had here has been top notch. The meats are infused with a wonderful smokey flavor, and seasoned/sauced perfectly. The beans are some of the best I have had. Mario is one of the nicest, friendliest people you could ever want to meet. If you're looking for some exceptional BBQ I highly recommend this truck.“

Lots of colors on the buildings help make the space more inviting. Many of the buildings have super high ceilings with very pretty wood trusses; cool architectural feature.There's a parking lot that runs down the middle, in between the rows of businesses, and another lot on the south side.“

The dining room is very small and is sparsely decorated but it serves the purpose. Food was excellent. We had a couple ribs each, some pulled pork and then ordered some of each to go. “We just had a big 70+ person party. The upper bar room had ample space. Nate was easy to work with. I think they needed one more server, but Reanna worked hard and got through the waves of service. She was put in a tough spot as she was also helping at the central bar. JJ helped with the slife show, mic.tech. Shane was concise in planning. Everyone had a great time and Loved the venue.
