“Jesus this place is simply fantastic. My wife and I got take out I got the brisket and ribs, she got the pulled pork. Everything was so delicious. Seriously some of the best barbecue I’ve ever had.

I know barbecue will be expensive. It’s meat and it takes hours of work to get a final product. I don’t mind paying for this quality of food. I’ll be telling everyone that will listen about GQue.

“Uncle Henry’s continues to fire on all cylinders, maintaining its place as the best fresh, authentic Szechuan/fresh roasted duck & pork Restaurant in the north suburban area. Every dish we’ve tried for more than a year has been richly flavored, well executed, and served at an ideal temperature. The husband & wife team who run the place are gifted chefs, as well as friendly, helpful, and very hard working, as is the rest of the small staff. This storefront restaurant has now become solidly and regularly very busy, which it well deserves. Try it, and try multiple dishes on and off the menu. These folks are running a top small restaurant, and their success is based on all the right things. Kudos to the Westminster Uncle Henry’s!“

“I was born and raised in KCMO, where BBQ is taken seriously. We have made it our mission to find the best BBQ in the Thornton/Denver area. We've gone to a lot of places, but lo and behold, the best BBQ came to us when we discovered this little gem of a food truck parked up the street from us. Everything we have had here has been top notch. The meats are infused with a wonderful smokey flavor, and seasoned/sauced perfectly. The beans are some of the best I have had. Mario is one of the nicest, friendliest people you could ever want to meet. If you're looking for some exceptional BBQ I highly recommend this truck.“

“I first heard about and went to Post Oak with my daughter and son-in-law last year and was surprised to find such great bbq here in Denver! It’s actually been a little while since I’ve been over there, but a new coworker who has recently moved to Denver and lives in Highlands, asked me about restaurants and I recommended you. He loves it! Recently I swung by to take the Post up on the fantastic coupon offer for a free pulled pork sandwich. It is quite a distance from where I live (Aurora), but definitely worth the drive.
