Best BBQ I have ever had for the quality of the meat, which is off the charts. The meat on the ribs fall right off the bone into your mouth just holding on till you take a bite. The flavors are great too, smells great even from the parking lot. Then you get inside..
Sadly in a bit of lackluster location, but one of the better BBQ spots in Colorado. I want to give this place 5 stars but the food just wasn't quite there, at least when I went for lunch. Pulled pork and BBQ chicken were on the drier side and the Mac and cheese was just ok, but the coleslaw was great and I really did enjoy their sauces, which pretty much overcame the bit of lackluster meat.
