“The prime brisket is best in Denver and we've tried most of it. Even the lean brisket is amazingly moist and you don't need sauce (although their sauce is really good too). Try the Texas links with the light colored sauce they include... rich rich sausage contrasts wonderful with the sauce. They have some of the most interesting cuts in town especially if you're looking for something a little unusual.“

“Came with friends and had an absolutely AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Right off the bat we were greeted by David the Chef who was so kind and warm. But it had nothing on the food! Everything was so authentic and delicious. The chicken was so flavorful and crispy. And the rice was “the original” the best. The ginger lemonade was the icing on the top of the cake, so fresh! There was cozy covered chairs and couches outside with spacious tables to, which you’ll need for all the delicious food you’re going to get! Will DEFINITELY be coming again!“

“We recently had this AMAZING restaurant cater our wedding party and HOLY COW! They went above and beyond. They supplied the food truck so my guests could easily get their food instead of catered style and it was a huge hit!!! I want to thank the two employees who helped us out especially Tony (I hope I'm getting his name right) but he went above and beyond making sure all my guests were happy, checked in with me multiple times throughout the evening, and even packed extra food for my new husband and I to take home. It was the best decision hiring them and I would do it again in a heartbeat. THANK YOU!!!“

It's a long drive from Canon City, but always order a slab of ribs to go when in Denver. Franks son now runs the business. Good people and Great BBQ !“

I’ve had the corporate BBQ places and they aren’t even in the same league as M3mphiz, absolutely love everything they have to offer, the brisket nachos are my fav, the beans are phenomenal, if you like BBQ, we’ll you’re gonna love M3mphiz, absolutely delicious!!“

“Loved the outside seating that allowed me to dine while out for a walk with mans best friend. My sweet Puff and her sister girly girls also enjoyed the food especially the rib bones that I gave them both as a treat for being so well behaved“
“Service is very good with southern hospitality. The owner is originally from Texas so he’s bringing that Texas style barbecue with no sauce needed the portions TEXAS size portions. Everything is big in Texas. Good prices definitely a bang for your book.“

“Stopped in when they were just opening at the leetsdale location. Wish i could remember the customer service reps name as he was very helpful. The dining room is very small and is sparsely decorated but it serves the purpose. Food was excellent. We had a couple ribs each, some pulled pork and then ordered some of each to go. Brothers is one of our favorite spots for BBQ. Thanks Brothers.“

The menu is displayed above the cashiers, which makes it a little tough to read and order if you are undecided (like I was). Adriana was helpful in pointing out a few items that would have suited us the best and even offered a sample when I asked about the potato salad. We're looking forward to our dinner tonight. “I used to live by this place a few years ago and at the time, the food was REALLY bad. Saw some good reviews and decided to try it out again. Let me tell you--It was a whole different experience! The food was so fresh and tender, and the staff was very friendly. Will definitely be coming back“
