Burnt ends were perfection!
So I ordered online,I haven't even tried the food yet so I will come back with an update... but for starters let me say I wash the staff made the experience. Ore welcoming...as I was placing my order for the brisket in the additional notes section i simply put if the brisket is dry and not tender dont serve it...let me tell you when I walked up the way this employee was looking at me it seemed theybdid not want ti be there, but okay I understand that. I went to rolling smoke 8/30 to pickup dinner for my family and it was an awesome experience all around. The staff was super friendly and the bbq was delicious. I am already thinking about going back for the ribs.
