I really enjoyed the El Jefe Sandwich. What is it? Glad you asked. “El Jefe isBeef Brisket, Pulled Pork, Sausage, Cole Slaw, Baked Beans” - IN A SANDWICH! It’s delicious, give it a try.
Super frustrating experience. Ordered online 30 minutes ahead so we could pick up and go, but they only started putting it together once we got there. They prioritized new in person orders before ours, even though we'd ordered at least half hour earlier. They gave me the wrong food - pulled pork instead of burnt ends (which cost extra), which I only realized once we were home. They also refused to give me a cup for a kids drink which is supposed to be included with the kids meal.Also, pulled pork was dry as hell. Mac and cheese was greasy. Bad experience all around. Fries were ok.

I don't know what is about Colorado joints doing all sorts of unnecessary extra with collard greens. Rolling smoke not only has delicious bbq, but the best, best, best collard greens I've had in Denver. Slightly smokey and salty from the meat, but the greens flavor comes through and they are actually cooked correctly! Yes!!
Came here for the first time and the workers were amazing. He was so nice that he gave us free Green Chili. We loved the workers, the humor, and the atmosphere. We will be returning for the amazing food and the even more amazing workers. :

The food is amazing here! The ribs are delicious and they make some of the best Mac and cheese I’ve ever had. The customer service is also always top notch, everyone there is soo friendly! If you’re in Aurora or at the Stanley it’s definitely a place you need to check

This review is just for the {lack of} customer service. My husband and I are locals and love going to the Stanley Marketplace. We got there around 7 and started making our rounds to see where we wanted to eat. We go up to the counter to read the menu. After a few moments, the guy working there just says “we’re closed.” No greeting, no telling us what their hours are. There are plenty of other bbq places that are much friendlier. After reading other reviews, I see we’re not the only ones who have experienced rudeness from this establishment.

This is very delicious BBQ. I ordered the BBQ Mac and it was delightful indeed. Superbly cooked pulled pork that melts in your mouth and fills your belly. I added the regular, spicy, AND mustard BBQ sauces on it and it lit this dish on fire (figuratively). I also topped this with collard greens from another dish but it really made this entree come together (the BBQ Mac bowl does not come with collard greens). Be sure to burn some calories before or after you eat here since the food has plenty of them. I highly recommend this spot.
