“We had a great family dinner here last night. The service was excellent—quick, friendly, attentive, and professional without being overbearing. The steaks and the rest of the food were high-quality, well-prepared, and worth the price (we had 2 ribeyes w/ mushrooms, 2 filets, some calamari and crab cakes, and the sides were all lobster mac-n-cheese...and the skillet cookie & lemon pie for dessert). Most importantly, my wife and kids loved everything. It’s great to have a locally owned steakhouse that delivers both quality food and a genuinely enjoyable experience....we’ll definitely be back.“

“Absolutely fantastic experience at Eddie V’s from start to finish. The food, drinks, service, and atmosphere were all on point.

We started with cocktails and ordered the Hope Diamond and the 24 Karat, and both were excellent. Definitely more than just good looking drinks. The cocktails were legitimately great.

For dinner, we had steak along with the lobster bisque and lobster mashed potatoes. Everything came out perfectly prepared and tasted amazing. The lobster mashed potatoes are absolutely worth ordering.

And DO NOT sleep on the Berries & Cream for dessert. It sounds basic compared to everything else on the menu, but trust me, you won’t regret it. It ended up being one of the highlights of the meal.

Jacob was our server and did an awesome job. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure we had everything we needed without constantly hovering over the table. The entire staff was friendly and professional, and the level of service matched the quality of the food.

The atmosphere was also exactly what you want from a place like this. Upscale without feeling stuffy, lively without being too loud, and you can actually have a conversation at your table. There were even a few local celebrity athletes dining there while we were there, and we got the chance to say hi, which was a pretty cool bonus to the night.

The restaurant was easy to find, valet made parking incredibly easy, and even the bathrooms were spotless. You can tell they pay attention to the details throughout the entire restaurant.

Overall, Eddie V’s delivered across the board. Excellent steaks, great seafood, fantastic cocktails, awesome service, and a great atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back.

“Oct 2026 update: Was in town and came back to Shanahan's for a second time. It was better this time than it was my first time. We were sat at the same table oddly enough. We ordered the seafood tower and the wagyu skewers. The skewers were off the charts delicious. The truffle mac and cheese was amazing. We got the filet this time and it was cooked perfectly. This is my favorite restaurant in Colorado.

What a phenomenal restaurant. This place nailed the modern but classy feel to a fine steakhouse. But to have the football history with it as well was a nice touch. I don't come from an NFL team state so it was cool to see some trophy's up close.

I was amazed at the amount of staff they had to take care of you. The service was top notch and as good as I've seen it anywhere.

Onto the food. We really enjoyed the salads we had as appetizers. We had the wedge salads. They were fantastic. For entree's we did more of a family style and tried a porterhouse steak and Chilean sea bass to share amongst three of us. For sides we got potatoes and brussel sprouts. The steak was perfectly cooked to our temperature of choice. Flavor was amazing. They brought out hot plates with butter in it. The sea bass was a thick pieces and had really good blend of flavors. It might been a touch overcooked, but it was still tasty. The sides were very good.

We ended with dessert. Key Lime pie, creme brulee, and cheesecake. The creme brulee was one of the best I've ever had. The cheesecake was 2nd, the key Lime Pie I would pass on.

“Their Lunch Menu is fantastic! Had the crab and corn chowder, NY Strip, and Mashed Potatoes, all for $29. It was all so delicious and there was so much food! We completed our meal with the carrot cake and peanut butter cup for dessert at the recommendation of our server and they were both amazing. The Emmolo Merlot is a must if you are a wine drinker. “Wow!!! My husband and I had an absolutely amazing lunch. We had not been to Del Frisco's but decided to indulge on the way back from a 24 hour getaway, and was it worth it. Our server was a lovely gal, who did a great job at attending to our every need. We started out with the Wagu meatballs and Ceasar salads. The food was phenomenal! My filet mignon was incredibly tender, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavor, with a beautiful seared exterior that added the perfect texture. The lobster tails were delicate, rich, and velvety. The Philly cheesesteak eggrolls were perfectly crispy, with a delicious sweet-and-savory balance from the sweet chili sauce and honey mustard. The fried cheese curds had an irresistible golden crunch and creamy center, beautifully complemented by the sweet basil cream sauce. Even the classic wedge salad impressed with its top-notch bleu cheese and dressing. The wild mushrooms with basil and garlic were absolutely divine, and the margarita was fresh, perfectly balanced, and finished with just the right amount of salt.
