“Farnaz M was an absolute rock star!! We visited last Friday and had a wonderful time! I am a hospitality professional (mostly on the hotel side) and I have noticed such a downtick in service post covid for some reason and I had lost all hope that the hospitality industry would ever bounce back, but Farnaz totally restored my faith in not just this industry but in humanity! What a gem you all have! Aside from her being cool AF, she was so knowledgeable of the menu and provided honest feedback on anything we inquired about. She was personable and checked on us many times throughout our dinner. Please give her a raise, promotion and ALL the gold stars! You all have such a fantastic professional on your hands and people like her are truly hard to find! Please share this with all the big wigs and of course Farnaz! We LOVED her! Thank you for a fantastic evening! We will definitely be back! :)“

“Bastien's is a Denver staple with AMAZING food. The steaks are tender and melt like butter in your mouth. The Sugar Steak reigns supreme, of course, but I LOVE the Tryst topping too. Must try!!“

“Excellent meal. First time here and it was the best dining experience we'd had in Colorado. Crab Legs were amazing. Service was impeccable and all recommendations were spot on. The truffle sauce with the fillet enhanced the flavor of the beef. Not an inexpensive dinner but we walked away extremely satisfied. Highly recommend.“

“Visiting from London i can say that this was amazing food, members of the staff friendly and very efficient, atmosphere friendly. 5 ? stars I give to this restaurant ! The food was delicious, steak, salad, shrimp , and the amazing tasty cheesecake ??.
100% recommended.
The owner even stopped to ask us how everything was.

“Stayed at the hotel here recently & had dinner with the family. Really excellent food! I tried the fettuccine Alfredo with meatballs & it was absolutely delicious! The hotel was really cool & the openness of the restaurant made for a really nice place to eat. ????“

“Del Friscos appears to be slowly going down hill. While this place used to be a hopping spot for lunch, there were only 4 tables occupied which may be an indicator of the declining quality. Sadly, it is one of the few if only prime steakhouse open for lunch. We waited forever for the first round of drinks and finished our appetizers before they even arrived. The restaurant was mostly empty so we don not know why they were so delayed. Wife's lobster bisque was just odd - almost like a mix of a gumbo and bisque and was very salty. It was not the smooth rich softness of a typical lobster bisque and no noticeable hints of sherry on the back end, but it was taken off the bill. My biggest issue is the steak. I ordered a rare+ (half way between medium rare and rare) 12oz filet and it was ice cold in the middle. Luckily I was able to slice it thin and cook it on the hot plate. But come on man! This is Del Friscos steak house and you cant even get the steak right? This has been a theme with this restaurant lately and I wont go back any time soon“

“Hands down the best filet & crabcake I've ever had! I made reservations for our team of 7 after working the Cedia tradeshow. Every appetizer, entre & dessert we had was amazing! I called last minute & changed to earlier & they were not only polite on the phone but accommodated us beautifully! We had our own private table in a room with our own TV & curtains. The lighting was just perfect. It was just what we wanted & it made our special occasion dinner feel just that & more!“
