I couldn’t have asked for a sweeter and tastier experience for my husband’s birthday. Katie is such an attentive and professional part of your team. She goes above and beyond to make sure that people feel valued and appreciated. It’s been such a long time since we’ve experienced top tier professionalism like hers. Our compliments also go to the chefs because the food was truly exceptional. Thank you again. We look forward to coming back again soon!
Great ambience and excellent service. We were celebrating a family reunion with a party of 21 - ages ranging from 4 to 72, the OHS staff was very courteous and took great care of us. I had ordered the prime bone in ribeye, it was a well cooked but mild on seasoning. The smoked Old Fashioned was simply outstanding. Overall a very good dining experience, will done Team OHS!!
The Gaylord always has exceptional service, and they never disappoint. Everything from the management to the host was perfect. The waiter knew everything on the menu we with exceptional detail, the back waiters were always refilling and serving without question. It’s refreshing to have service like this again.
